Denna trend har skapat en enorm brist p\u00e5 hyresbost\u00e4der, driver upp hyrorna och skapar m\u00f6jligheter f\u00f6r investerare som vill ha en trygg och stabil investering.<\/p>\n<h2>Allt starkare hyresmarknad<\/h2>\n<p>Det har rapporterats (av t.ex. 101tv.es) att hotell (fyra- och femstj\u00e4rniga), fastighetsm\u00e4klare, advokater, notarier, arkitekter, dekorat\u00f6rer, byggare och de flesta tj\u00e4nstebranscher rapporterar den h\u00f6gsta aktivitetsniv\u00e5n de n\u00e5gonsin har sett. Detta borgar f\u00f6r vidare mycket stark hyresmarknad. Vissa \u00e4gare f\u00f6redrar att hyra sina fastigheter kortsiktigt p\u00e5 grund av den goda hyresavkastningen p\u00e5 sommaren och f\u00f6r att de ocks\u00e5 kan anv\u00e4nda sitt andra hem under resten av \u00e5ret. Efterfr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 villor i cr\u00e8me de la cr\u00e8me \u00e4r s\u00e4rskilt stark och vi ser nu korttidsuthyrning av denna typ av fastighet f\u00f6r 40 000 euro per vecka eller mer.
