De f\u00f6rsta lyxvillorna som b\u00e4r Karl Lagerfeld signum har f\u00e5tt sin f\u00f6rsta k\u00f6pare i Marbella. Det r\u00f6r sig om totalt fem villor p\u00e5 gyllene milen mellan Marbella centrum och fritidshamnen Puerto Ban\u00fas vars namn b\u00e4r modeskaparen som avled i februari 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Den f\u00f6rsta lyxvillan med inredning som inspirerats av Lagerfeld s\u00e5ldes f\u00f6r 15 miljoner euro, skriver ABC.<\/p>\n

De fem lyxvillorna ligger p\u00e5 en 9.000 kvadratmeter stor tomt bel\u00e4gen mellan hav och berg med utsikt \u00e5t b\u00e5da h\u00e5llen. Ytorna varierar fr\u00e5n 1.045 kvadratmeter till 1.305 kvadratmeter f\u00f6r den st\u00f6rsta villan.<\/p>\n

Husen \u00e4r i fyra plan med tre v\u00e5ningar och k\u00e4llare. Det \u00e4r pool, privat tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rd, spa, biograf plus andra rymliga rum.<\/p>\n

Designen harmonierar med tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rdarna och naturen. Och utsikten fr\u00e5n terrasserna \u00e4r a la Lagerfeld. Geometriskt formade trappor \u00e4r inspirerade av m\u00f6nster skapade av Karl Lagerfeld.<\/p>\n

Det \u00e4r svart och vit marmor, estetiska detaljer i sovrum, badrum och k\u00f6k som f\u00f6ljer den k\u00e4nde modeskaparens stil.<\/p>\n

Hela omr\u00e5det beskrivs som en gr\u00f6nskande \u00f6 mitt i staden. I projektet ing\u00e5r \u00e4ven en tv\u00e5 kilometer l\u00e5ng cykelbana mellan villorna och havet.<\/p>\n
