M\u00e5nga av de som \u00e4nd\u00e5 tillf\u00e4lligt t\u00e4nker sl\u00e5 igen portarna kommer att anv\u00e4nda tiden till att renovera sina lokaler.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enligt nya siffror fr\u00e5n Aehcos, en hotellorganisation p\u00e5 solkusten, kommer 92 procent av omr\u00e5dets hotell f\u00f6rbli \u00f6ppna \u00e4ven under vinterhalv\u00e5ret denna s\u00e4song. Vilket betyder att siffran \u00e4r tv\u00e5 procent h\u00f6gre \u00e4n f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Javier Hern\u00e1ndez, som \u00e4r vice president p\u00e5 Aehcos, h\u00e4vdar att de som fortfarande t\u00e4nker st\u00e4nga f\u00f6r l\u00e5gs\u00e4songen g\u00f6r det av olika anledningar. Vissa g\u00f6r det av ekonomiska sk\u00e4l. Os\u00e4kerhet kring inflationen i Spanien samt i m\u00e5nga av de marknader som \u00e4r viktiga f\u00f6r regionen, till exempel Storbritannien och Tyskland, \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande faktorer. Dessutom spelar \u00f6kande priser p\u00e5 energi och varor en stor roll medan m\u00e5nga f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker h\u00e4mta igen f\u00f6rluster sedan pandemin.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Samtidigt finns det m\u00e5nga som v\u00e4lkomnar l\u00e5gs\u00e4songen som en chans att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra sin service och sitt utbud. Hern\u00e1ndez uppgav att n\u00e4stan var tredje hotell som kommer h\u00e5lla st\u00e4ngt kommer anv\u00e4nda tiden till renoveringar och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttringar s\u00e5 att de kan h\u00e5lla en h\u00f6gre standard n\u00e4sta \u00e5r.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bland dessa hittar vi n\u00e5gra av solkustens mest framst\u00e5ende hotell. Till exempel kommer Los Monteros utanf\u00f6r Marbella och Best Trit\u00f3n n\u00e4ra Torremolinos b\u00e5da att underg\u00e5 totalrenoveringar under de kommande m\u00e5naderna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aehcos har sagt att Marbella kommer att se flest st\u00e4ngningar under l\u00e5gs\u00e4songen t\u00e4tt f\u00f6ljt av Torremolinos och <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rinc\u00f3n de la Victoria. Dessutom kommer en del hotell i centrala Malaga och i Benalm\u00e1dena att vara tillf\u00e4lligt st\u00e4ngda.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organisationen uppger att de flesta st\u00e4nger f\u00f6r att renovera och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra och att de flesta kommer att sl\u00e5 upp sina portar igen under v\u00e5ren 2023. Vissa kommer dock beh\u00f6va h\u00e5lla st\u00e4ngt till n\u00e4sta sommar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Javier Hern\u00e1ndez betonar vikten av att regionens hotell h\u00e5ller sig moderna och att de hela tiden f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrar sig.
