M\u00e4nniskan beh\u00f6ver n\u00e5gon form av fysisk aktivitet f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla sig frisk, som st\u00e4rker hj\u00e4rtat, \u00f6kar lungkapaciteten, ger starkare och smidigare muskler samt ett stabilare psyke. Du blir gladare, friskare, samt avsp\u00e4nd.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">I Kundaliniyogan \u00e4r de flesta st\u00e4llningar v\u00e4ldigt enkla, d\u00e5 man i st\u00e4llet jobbar med kraft och uth\u00e5llighet. S\u00e5ledes kan sm\u00e4rta lindras, s\u00f6mn f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttras och k\u00e4nslor s\u00e5som oro, nervositet och irritation motverkas. Yoga kan \u00e4ven stimulera matsm\u00e4ltningen och hj\u00e4lpa \u201dstressmagar\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">I v\u00e5r kultur har rikedom, status och makt blivit dominerande symboler f\u00f6r lycka, trots att vi vet att dessa f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar inte automatiskt g\u00f6r oss lyckligare.
