Svenska Magasines reporter Ola Josefsson rapporter och uppdaterar oss om l\u00e4get sedan hyreslagen tr\u00e4dde i kraft i v\u00e5ras: Av Anders Rosell Chefredakt\u00f6r &amp; formgivare<\/p>\n<p>\u201dSedan den 10 maj d\u00e5 den nya hyreslagen tr\u00e4dde i kraft och som inneb\u00e4r att en bostad i Andalusien som regelbundet erbjuds f\u00f6r uthyrning ska registreras har \u00f6ver 8.000 ans\u00f6kningar inkommit. 4.000 har hittills behandlats och registrerats. Det skriver Diario SUR.<\/p>\n<p>En bostad ska registreras oavsett n\u00e4r och hur l\u00e4nge den hyrs ut. Om bostaden hyrs ut under en sammanh\u00e4ngande period p\u00e5 mer \u00e4n tv\u00e5 m\u00e5nader till samma hyresg\u00e4st, \u00e4r bostaden undantagen kravet p\u00e5 registrering.<\/p>\n<p>Under de senaste fyra m\u00e5naderna efter att den nya hyreslagen tr\u00e4dde i kraft har \u00f6ver 8.000 registreringar gjorts av det som g\u00e5r under namnet \u201dViviendas de Uso Tur\u00edstico\u201d, Turistl\u00e4genheter enligt uppgifter vid regionalregeringen Junta de Andalucias Turistdelegation i M\u00e1laga.<\/p>\n<p>Enligt en studie som Turistdelegationen l\u00e5tit g\u00f6ra finns det 26.847 bost\u00e4der som hyrs ut regelbundet via portaler som fungerar som mellanh\u00e4nder mellan \u00e4gare och turister. Det r\u00f6r sig om Airbnb, Homeaway, Miumba, Windu, Housetrip, Rentalia, Bemate, Vacaciones Espa\u00f1a och Only Apartments.<br \/>\nEfter att en liknande lag antogs i Katalonien har 150.000 bost\u00e4der kommit med i registret f\u00f6r turistbost\u00e4der.<br \/>\nI provinsen M\u00e1laga \u00e4r flest turistl\u00e4genheter registrerade i Marbella (693), M\u00e1laga (673), Nerja (446) och Benalm\u00e1dena (350)\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ps. D\u00e4remot har det uppdagats tv\u00e5 stora brott p\u00e5 vattenr\u00f6ren tillh\u00f6rande kommunen drygt 1,5 kilometer fr\u00e5n v\u00e5rt hus.
