Viktiga muskler f\u00f6r att g\u00e5, springa och st\u00e4lla sig upp. Vi st\u00e4ller oss axelbrett och tar fram h\u00e4nderna framf\u00f6r kroppen. Sedan s\u00e4tter vi oss ner\u00e5t bak\u00e5t s\u00e5 djupt vi kan med bibeh\u00e5llen h\u00e5llning. Vi v\u00e4nder sedan upp\u00e5t.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Rygglyft<\/strong> \u00e4r en bra \u00f6vning f\u00f6r att st\u00e4rka l\u00e4ndryggen och \u00e4ven aktivera \u00f6vre delen av ryggen. Vi l\u00e4gger oss p\u00e5 marken med h\u00e4nderna bakom huvudet. Vi har raka ben, l\u00e5ser \u00f6verkroppen samtidigt som vi sp\u00e4nner rumpan. H\u00e4rifr\u00e5n s\u00e5 lyfter vi br\u00f6stet fr\u00e5n marken. Vi l\u00e4gger oss p\u00e5 ryggen med b\u00f6jda kn\u00e4n och fattar h\u00e4nderna bakom huvudet. Vi ska st\u00f6dja huvudet och inte dra i det. Man kan g\u00f6ra den med raka ben, men jag valde den l\u00e4ttare varianten p\u00e5 kn\u00e4 f\u00f6r att visa grunden. Vi \u00e4r raka i kroppen och s\u00e4tter h\u00e4nderna utanf\u00f6r axlarna.
