Noterade bolag f\u00e5r en tidsfrist till 1 juli 2024, och f\u00f6r samtliga bolag med minst 250 anst\u00e4llda och 50 miljoner euro i \u00e5rsoms\u00e4ttning fr\u00e5n den 30 juni 2026.<\/p>\n<p>En liknande 40-procentsregel g\u00e4ller \u00e4ven f\u00f6r Spaniens regering, och inf\u00f6r val ska alla kandidatlistor alternera mellan m\u00e4n och kvinnor, meddelar ekonomiministern och vice regeringschefen Nadia Calvi\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Det handlar om ett lagf\u00f6rslag som g\u00e5r under ben\u00e4mningen paritetslagen som g\u00f6r det obligatoriskt f\u00f6r landets b\u00f6rsbolagsstyrelser att best\u00e5 till minst 40 procent av kvinnor. Lagf\u00f6rslaget g\u00e5r nu vidare till kongressen.<\/p>\n<p>Det blir konkurrensverket CNMV (Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Mercado de Valores) som avg\u00f6r b\u00f6terna som blir fr\u00e5n 300.000 euro eller upp till tv\u00e5 procent av det b\u00f6rsnoterade bolagets egna kapital.<\/p>\n<p>Det v\u00e4ntar \u00e4ven b\u00f6ter om bolaget redovisar ofullst\u00e4ndiga uppgifter eller kommer med falska siffror.<\/p>\n<p>Calvi\u00f1o menar att med den nya paritetslagen ska bolagen dra f\u00f6rdel av kvinnliga talanger som ska bidra till b\u00e4ttre produktivitet och h\u00e5llbarhet.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Spaniens v\u00e4nsterregering vill se fler kvinnor i styrelserna bland f\u00f6retag med fler \u00e4n 250 anst\u00e4llda och med en oms\u00e4ttning p\u00e5 mer \u00e4n 50 miljoner euro.
