Man blir aldrig full\u00e4rd, det \u00e4r enkelt att ut\u00f6va, (man rullar bara ut sin matta) och det \u00e4r hela tiden utvecklande. <\/p>\n<p>Av Sofi Gibson<br \/>\ne-post: yoga@anandamandira.com<\/p>\n<p>De f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngerna man g\u00f6r yoga f\u00e5r de flesta en &#8221;aha&#8221; upplevelse och en stark k\u00e4nsla av v\u00e4lbefinnande. Det \u00e4r en k\u00e4nsla som n\u00e4rmast kan beskrivas som att &#8221;hitta hem&#8221;. K\u00e4nslan kommer av att man har varit starkt &#8221;n\u00e4rvarande&#8221;.<br \/>\nSom barn upplevde vi n\u00e4mligen n\u00e4rvaron dagligen och d\u00e4rf\u00f6r k\u00e4nner vi s\u00e5 v\u00e4l igen den k\u00e4nslan, och n\u00e4r man f\u00e5r tillbaka den vill man ha mer direkt. Man \u00e4r fast och vill g\u00f6ra yoga igen.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5gra av de vanligast f\u00f6rekommande effekterna av yogatr\u00e4ning<br \/>\nN\u00e4r du b\u00f6rjar med Hatha yoga f\u00f6ryngrar du hela kroppen. Du m\u00e4rker snabbt hur du blir avsev\u00e4rt starkare, smidigare och mer balanserad, om du \u00e4r regelbunden.<br \/>\nOlika sp\u00e4nningar i kroppen skapar en obalans, som kan ge upphov till sm\u00e4rtor, vilket kan p\u00e5skynda \u00e5ldrandet. De olika r\u00f6relserna man g\u00f6r p\u00e5 ett yogapass f\u00e5r muskler, leder och skelett att r\u00f6ra p\u00e5 sig genom sammandragning, str\u00e4ckning och inte minst genom avslappning. Yoga\u00f6vningar p\u00e5verkar hela nervsystemet positivt och f\u00e5r kroppen att uts\u00f6ndra endorfiner, som kan avhj\u00e4lpa sm\u00e4rta och ge en tydlig k\u00e4nsla av h\u00e4lsa och v\u00e4lbefinnande, kort sagt, yoga g\u00f6r att du m\u00e5r b\u00e4ttre!<\/p>\n<p>-Yoga ger mer styrka, st\u00f6rre smidighet, b\u00e4ttre balans, st\u00f6rre kroppsk\u00e4nnedom, inre stillhet och avslappning.<br \/>\n-Yoga s\u00e4gs ge b\u00e4ttre fungerande matsm\u00e4ltning, starkare nervsystem, och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrar blodcirkulationen.<br \/>\n-Yoga \u00e4r bra mot stress och man l\u00e4r sig att b\u00e4ttre lyssna till kroppens signaler och man sover b\u00e4ttre.<br \/>\n-Yoga l\u00e4r dig styra din andning och ger dig d\u00e4rmed b\u00e4ttre kontroll p\u00e5 sinnet.<br \/>\n-Yoga korrigerar felst\u00e4llningar och obalanser i kroppen och g\u00f6r att v\u00e4rk och sp\u00e4nningar i rygg, axlar, nacke och huvud blir avsev\u00e4rt mindre och kan f\u00f6rsvinna helt.<\/p>\n<p>Allt detta h\u00e4nder s\u00e5 klart inte efter din f\u00f6rsta yogalektion, \u00e4ven om du s\u00e4kert redan d\u00e5 kommer att uppleva n\u00e5got helt nytt. F\u00f6rdelarna med yoga kommer efterhand och \u00e4r individuella. I geng\u00e4ld h\u00e5ller resultaten i sig om du tr\u00e4nar regelbundet.<br \/>\nMen yoga kan ocks\u00e5, efter ett tag, vara som en som en berg- och dalbana i k\u00e4nslom\u00e4ssiga upplevelser. Ena g\u00e5ngen kan passet vara som honung och sammet, n\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng \u00e4r det som taggtr\u00e5d och klipulver. S\u00e5 upplever de flesta yoga, och det \u00e4r d\u00e5 det \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att sluta, n\u00e4r motst\u00e5ndet kommer, speciellt om man ser yoga som en &#8221;sport&#8221;. Sporter byter man ju lite d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 f\u00f6r att man f\u00e5r motst\u00e5nd, inte utvecklas snabbt nog eller tr\u00f6ttnar. D\u00e5  ger man upp och testar n\u00e5got annat.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e5ste jag vara vig?<br \/>\nDetta \u00e4r en av de vanligaste missuppfattningarna, vilken leder till att m\u00e5nga inte v\u00e5gar testa yoga. Man beh\u00f6ver absolut inte vara vig eller stark. Tv\u00e4rtom kan man n\u00e4stan s\u00e4ga; ju stelare du \u00e4r desto mer f\u00e5r du ut av yogan. Ju mer i behov av yogan vi \u00e4r, desto mer k\u00e4nner vi av de positiva f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringarna.Hot yoga handlar inte bara om att vara vig och att stretcha utan framf\u00f6r allt om att skapa en balans mellan vighet och styrka, kropp och sj\u00e4l, stillhet och r\u00f6relse.<\/p>\n<p>Som ung provar man hela tiden p\u00e5 nya saker, men man tr\u00f6ttnar ocks\u00e5 snabbt. F\u00e5 blir kvar s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge att de k\u00e4nner yogans fulla effekt.
