Av Peter Deth<\/p>\n<p>D et finns en m\u00e4ngd \u00f6verv\u00e4ldigande bevis f\u00e4r att vi m\u00e4nniskor har blivit mer ben\u00e4gna att utveckla kroniska inflammationer och de h\u00e4lsrelaterade sjukdomar detta sedan medverkar till. Inflammationer i din kropp \u00e4r den bidragande orsaken till varf\u00f6r vi idag m\u00e5ste ta hand om sjukdomar s\u00e5som hj\u00e4rtproblem, strokes, olika typer av metaboliska syndrom (h\u00f6g kolesterol, blodtrycksproblem, blodsocker niv\u00e5er etc.), diabetes, ledinflammationer, allergier, Alzheimers och m\u00e5nga typer av cancer etc.<\/p>\n<p>Varf\u00f6r \u00e4r d\u00e5 somliga m\u00e4nniskor mer friska \u00e4n andra? Vetenskapen visar att mat p\u00e5verkar v\u00e5ra celler. Kroppens cellmembran \u00e4r gjorda av essentiella fettsyror. Det betyder konkret att av v\u00e5ra kroppar inte har enzymer att producera dessa fettsyror utan att de m\u00e5ste tills\u00e4ttas via v\u00e5r kost. Om vi inte f\u00e5r dem i v\u00e5r mat utvecklar vi brister och blir sjuka. Omega 6 och Omega 3 har olika typer av effekter p\u00e5 din kropp. Omega 6 \u00e4r pro-inflammatoriska medan Omega 3 \u00e4r anti-inflammatoriska.<\/p>\n<p>Inflammationer i kroppen \u00e4r naturliga och v\u00e4sentliga f\u00f6r \u00f6verlevnad. De hj\u00e4lper att skydda kroppen fr\u00e5n infektioner och skador, men kan ocks\u00e5 vara skadlig och bidra till sjukdomar n\u00e4r den inflammatoriska processen i kroppen \u00e4r rubbad.<\/p>\n<p>Problemet<br \/>\nNumera \u00e4ter vi inte bara mindre Omega 3, utan ocks\u00e5 st\u00f6rre m\u00e4ngder av processerad mat tillsammans med vegetabiliska oljor vilka \u00e4r fulla av just Omega 6. Sett ur ett historiskt perspektiv och runt 100 \u00e5r tillbaka i tiden s\u00e5 fanns inte tekniken att producera den h\u00e4r typen av mat. Dessa onaturliga fetter vi \u00e4ter idag leder till f\u00f6r- \u00e4ndringar, b\u00e5de i hur v\u00e5r kropp lagrar fett samt hur de p\u00e5verkar cellmembranen i hela kroppen. H\u00f6ga m\u00e4ngder av Omega 6 i cellmembranen \u00e4r f\u00f6rknippade med hj\u00e4rt- och k\u00e4rlsjukdomar medan Omega 3 reducerar risker f\u00f6r just hj\u00e4rtsjukdomar. \u00c5terigen, h\u00f6ga doser av Omega 6 leder ofta till v\u00e5ldsbeteenden samt depressioner medan Omega 3 har gynnsam effekt p\u00e5 ADHD, depression, schizofreni med mera.<\/p>\n<p>Ett annat problem \u00e4r det faktum att dubbelbindningarna i fettsyramolekylerna \u00e4r mycket reaktiva. De tenderar att reagera med syre, som bildar kedjereaktioner av fria radikaler som i sin tur kan orsaka skador p\u00e5 molekyler i celler, vilket \u00e4r en av mekanismerna bakom \u00e5ldrande och cancer. Det viktigaste du kan g\u00f6ra f\u00f6r att minska ditt omega-6-intag \u00e4r att undvika behandlade fr\u00f6- och vegetabiliska oljor med h\u00f6g omega-6, samt de processerade livsmedel som inneh\u00e5ller dem. Dessa \u201dlivsmedel\u201d introducerades bara f\u00f6r m\u00e4nniskor under de senaste 100 \u00e5ren och de har helt f\u00f6rvr\u00e4ngt den naturliga balansen mellan de essentiella fettsyrorna. Var medveten om att \u00e4ven s\u00e5 kallad h\u00e4lsokost kan inneh\u00e5lla vegetabiliska oljor.
