Det meddelar EU-domstolen i Luxemburg.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Spanien vill skydda taxisektorn mot det som g\u00e5r under ben\u00e4mningen VTC, det vill s\u00e4ga Uber, Cabify och Bolt. I Spanien har vissa kommunala myndigheter tagit beslut om att det bara f\u00e5r finnas en (1) VTC-bil f\u00f6r varje 30:e taxibil.<\/p>\n<p>EU-domstolen i Luxemburg som ser till att EU-lagstiftningen till\u00e4mpas p\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt i hela EU och att EU:s institutioner och medlemsl\u00e4nder f\u00f6ljer EU-lagstiftningen, avvisar den begr\u00e4nsning i antal som fastst\u00e4llts p\u00e5 vissa platser i Spanien f\u00f6r att skydda taxin mot Uber, Cabify eller Bolt.<\/p>\n<p>Beslutet fr\u00e5n EU-domstolen kan \u00f6ppna d\u00f6rren f\u00f6r en st\u00f6rtflod av fler Uber, Cabify och Bolt.<\/p>\n<p>I M\u00e1lagaprovinsen har d\u00e4remot inte begr\u00e4nsningen f\u00f6rekommit d\u00e5 taxisektorn liberaliserades 2009 till 2015. Det g\u00f6r att det idag finns 2.427 tillst\u00e5nd f\u00f6r VTC j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med 2.740 taxilicenser.<\/p>\n<p>Det g\u00f6r att M\u00e1laga \u00e4r den spanska provins med st\u00f6rst konkurrens mellan taxi och VTC d\u00e4r det g\u00e5r en VTC f\u00f6r varje 1,1 taxi. Efter M\u00e1laga kommer Madrid (1\/1,8), Barcelona (1\/4), Sevilla (1\/5), Valencia (1\/12) och Zaragoza (1\/11).<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r Uber, Cabify eller Bolt m\u00e5ste forts\u00e4tta att r\u00e4tta sig efter avtalet att inte spontant plocka upp kunder vid flygplatser, stationer, hotell eller k\u00f6pcentrum.
