Till f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt smakade vi p\u00e5 en provoleta ost med bacon, f\u00e4rska tomater och gr\u00f6nsallad. Urgod men m\u00e4ktig och en passande tallrik att dela p\u00e5 flera. D\u00e4refter valde vi spagetti p\u00e5 tv\u00e5 olika vis, &#8221;Carbonara&#8221; med italiensk bacon och &#8221;Viareggio&#8221; med basilika pesto och b\u00e5da r\u00e4tterna fick h\u00f6gsta smakbetyg. Till sist sk\u00e4mdes vi bort ordentligt med en avsmakningstallrik med tre desserter, en fantastisk tiramisu, l\u00e4ckra chokladfyllda profiteroler och zuppa inglese d\u00e4r den sistn\u00e4mnda blev en klar favorit.<\/p>\n<p>Mamma Elena \u00e4r verkligen trivsamt med tillm\u00f6tesg\u00e5ende personal och g\u00e4ster serveras endera i den svala matsalen eller utomhus p\u00e5 terrassen. Under sommaren \u00f6ppnar Mamma Elena kl. 18 alla dagar i veckan och p\u00e5 torsdagar bjuds det p\u00e5 varierad levande musik, spansk, italiensk, operett m.m.<\/p>\n<p>La Mamma Elena \u00e4r en av fyra restauranger i samma bolagsgrupp och som ligger i Benamara p\u00e5 Avenida Dos Hermanas, intill hotell Senator Banus Spa.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4gg i v\u00e4gg hittar ni El Morro de Habana med kubanska specialiteter och gudomliga Mojitos. L\u00b4Oriental serverar fantastisk libanesisk mat och Robin Hood \u00e4r en modern engelsk pub med en h\u00e4rlig terrass och chill out h\u00f6rna p\u00e5 bakg\u00e5rden.
