I Almu\u00f1\u00e9car \u00e4r det kutym p\u00e5 alla barer och restauranger att servera en tapas med din drink. Den h\u00e4r dagen p\u00e5 restaurang och tapasbaren La China bj\u00f6ds vi p\u00e5 en suver\u00e4nt god ”ensalada rusa”. La China har f\u00e5tt sitt namn efter den sm\u00e5sten, ”chinos”, som finns p\u00e5 stranden direkt nedanf\u00f6r restaurangen. Med andra ord inget g\u00f6ra med landet Kina. Nu i sommar \u00f6ppnar La China redan kl. 10 och serverar frukost f\u00f6r att sedan g\u00e5 \u00f6ver till ”raciones”, matr\u00e4tter att dela, lunchmeny och kv\u00e4llspasset fram till midnatt.<\/p>\n

P\u00e5 terrassen sitter man i behagligt skyddat l\u00e4ge med fin utsikt \u00f6ver stranden San Cristobal. \u00c4gare till La China \u00e4r belgiske Johan som hade en dr\u00f6m om att \u00e4ga en beach bar.<\/p>\n

Det var vid ett bes\u00f6k till kusten fr\u00e5n La Vi\u00f1uela d\u00e4r han \u00e4r bosatt som han hittade La China, etablerad sedan 1996. Vi \u00e5t den fr\u00e4scha salladen Tropical med en kombination av frukt och gr\u00f6nsaker. D\u00e4refter provade vi en mycket god hemgjord pizza med r\u00f6kt lax. Menyn \u00e4r omfattande med risr\u00e4tter, k\u00f6tt, pasta och fisk som alltid \u00e4r dagsf\u00e4rsk.<\/p>\n
