Konsumtionsdepartementet i Spanien har \u00f6ppnat flera disciplin\u00e4renden mot s\u00e5 kallade l\u00e5gprisflygbolag f\u00f6r att de tar ut extra avgifter f\u00f6r handbagage och platsbokning f\u00f6r m\u00e5lsman till minder\u00e5rig.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Det handlar om l\u00e5gprisflygbolag som Ryanair, Vueling, Easyjet, Volotea och Eurowings som i annonskampanjer erbjuder konkurrenskraftiga priser. Men dessa priser motsvarar inte slutpriset som konsumenten betalar.<\/p>\n

En utredning har p\u00e5g\u00e5tt mot l\u00e5gprisflygbolagen som har en andel p\u00e5 30 procent av antalet resen\u00e4rer. Nu v\u00e4ljer departementet inom konsumtion att \u00f6ppna disciplin\u00e4renden mot flera \u201dl\u00e5gprisflygbolag\u201d som \u00e4r verksamma i Spanien.<\/p>\n

Det handlar bland annat om att de tar betalt f\u00f6r handbagage som transporteras i kabinen.<\/p>\n

Utredningen kommer efter att konsumentf\u00f6reningen Facua tidigare l\u00e4mnat in klagom\u00e5l mot bolagen Ryanair, Vueling, easyJet, Volotea och Eurowings.<\/p>\n

Disciplin\u00e4rendena g\u00e4ller bolagens avgifter f\u00f6r handbagage (40cm x 30cm x 15cm) f\u00f6rutom ytterligare ett mindre personligt tillbeh\u00f6r som en mindre v\u00e4ska.<\/p>\n

Det g\u00e4ller \u00e4ven extra kostnader som traditionellt ing\u00e5r i grundpriset och som de flesta flygbolag till\u00e4mpar att en anh\u00f6rig kan boka plats bredvid minder\u00e5rig eller en handikappad person som beh\u00f6ver hj\u00e4lp.<\/p>\n

Men flygbolagsf\u00f6reningen ALA (Asociaci\u00f3n de L\u00edneas A\u00e9reas) menar dock att bolagen har r\u00e4tt att ta ut extra till\u00e4gg f\u00f6r tj\u00e4nster. De \u201d\u00e4r helt lagliga\u201d och f\u00f6ljer den europeiska f\u00f6rordningen 1008\/2008 som fastst\u00e4ller frihet f\u00f6r flygbolag att fastst\u00e4lla priser.<\/p>\n

ALA \u00e4r oroade f\u00f6r att bolagen kan \u00e5ka p\u00e5 b\u00f6ter som kan str\u00e4cka sig fr\u00e5n 10.001 euro till en miljon euro.<\/p>\n

Facua menar att de extra utgifterna bryter mot flygtrafiklagen som sl\u00e5r fast att transport\u00f6ren, i detta fall flygbolaget, \u00e4r skyldig att kostnadsfritt ta med resen\u00e4rens handbagage. Det finns undantag men d\u00e5 handlar det om s\u00e4kerheten, f\u00f6rem\u00e5lets vikt eller storlek.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
