Diario SUR<\/a> skriver p\u00e5 onsdagen att kommunfullm\u00e4ktige arbetar med hur markomr\u00e5det ska klassas, samt nya byggr\u00e4tter inf\u00f6r beviljandet av bygglov.<\/p>\n

Centro Forestal Sueco var n\u00e4r det \u00f6ppnade ett rekreations- och rehabcentrum f\u00f6r skogsarbetare. Numera inhyser anl\u00e4ggningen restaurangen Boho Club.<\/p>\n

Som Svenska Magasinet ber\u00e4ttade den 30 maj har det svensk\u00e4gda fastighetsutvecklingsbolaget Quartiers Properties AB har efter dialog med Marbella kommun inkommit med f\u00f6rslag om utveckling av projekten Centro Forestal Sueco och Boho Club Marbella.<\/p>\n

Det r\u00f6r sig om en 41.200 kvm stor markyta p\u00e5 Golden Mile mellan fritidshamnen Puerto Ban\u00fas och Marbella.<\/p>\n

Quartiers Properties AB skriver i ett pressmeddelande<\/a> p\u00e5 onsdagen att bolaget har f\u00f6reslagit en modifiering av aktuell detaljplan p\u00e5 Centro Forestal Sueco. F\u00f6rslaget, som utvecklades i samr\u00e5d med kommunen och som kommunen d\u00e4refter beaktat i sin helhetsplan f\u00f6r kommunen, har nu godk\u00e4nts av kommunstyrelsen i Marbella kommun med enhetlig majoritet.<\/p>\n

Bolaget avser att f\u00f6rdjupa sitt fokus mot hotellfastigheter med ytterligare rum och restauranger p\u00e5 existerande Boho Club, samt ett helt nytt hotell p\u00e5 grannfastigheten.<\/p>\n

N\u00e4sta steg i processen inneb\u00e4r ett godk\u00e4nnande hos det regionala milj\u00f6departementet.<\/p>\n
