Sedan fritidshamnen Puerto Marina invigdes 1981 har det inte h\u00e4nt s\u00e5 mycket.<\/strong><\/p>\n

De n\u00e4rmaste fyra \u00e5ren v\u00e4ntar en st\u00f6rre investering p\u00e5 4,5 miljoner euro f\u00f6r att modernisera hamnen och anpassa den till dagens behov.<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Den ska moderniseras och bli en fritidshamn f\u00f6r det 21:a \u00e5rhundradet, s\u00e4ger kommunalr\u00e5det Jos\u00e9 Luis Bergillos.<\/p>\n

Framf\u00f6r allt ska hamnen f\u00f6lja regelverket som \u00e4r uppsatta av regionregeringen Junta de Andaluc\u00eda och den offentliga hamnmyndigheten APPA (Agencia P\u00fablica de Puertos de Andaluc\u00eda). Det g\u00f6r att kommunfullm\u00e4ktige kan bevilja en koncession p\u00e5 25 \u00e5r.<\/p>\n

Puerto Marina som fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan hette Puerto Principe b\u00f6rjade anl\u00e4ggas p\u00e5 1970-talet. I maj 1972 s\u00e5 beviljade hamnmyndigheten kommunfullm\u00e4ktige att driva hamnen under period p\u00e5 50 \u00e5r vilket utl\u00f6pte i maj ifjol.<\/p>\n

Den kan f\u00f6rl\u00e4ngas med ytterligare 25 \u00e5r om fritidshamnen moderniseras med investeringar som enligt kommunen uppg\u00e5r till 4,5 miljoner euro.<\/p>\n

Benalm\u00e1dena kommun har presenterat ett f\u00f6rslag som v\u00e4ntas g\u00e5 igenom i oktober. Arbetet med att modernisera hamnen f\u00e5r ta h\u00f6gst fyra \u00e5r.<\/p>\n

Vatten, solcellsanl\u00e4ggningar, laddstationer f\u00f6r elfordon, avloppsn\u00e4t och fibern\u00e4tverk \u00e4r omr\u00e5den som ska \u00e5tg\u00e4rdas liksom renovering av kajplatser och str\u00f6get Paseo de las Estrellas.<\/p>\n
