Jag kommer \u00e4ven g\u00e5 igenom tekniken f\u00f6r de olika \u00f6vningarna.<\/p>\n<h2>PASS 1<\/h2>\n<p><strong>High intensity training (HIIT)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>HIIT-tr\u00e4ning \u00e4r perfekt f\u00f6r snabba och effektiva tr\u00e4ningspass. Detta pass inkluderar \u00f6vningarna Burpees, mountain climbers, squats och jumping jacks. Utf\u00f6r varje \u00f6vning i 30 sekunder f\u00f6ljt av 15 sekunders vila. Upprepa hela sekvensen i 3-4 varv.
