Enligt experter i branschen som uttalade sig vid en presstr\u00e4ff i fredags beror prisuppg\u00e5ngen p\u00e5 att det r\u00e5der brist p\u00e5 objekt.<\/p>\n<p>Utbudet av objekt har minskat med 20 procent det senaste \u00e5ret. Samtidigt har efterfr\u00e5gan \u00f6kat med 18,5 procent.<\/p>\n<p>Det r\u00e5der \u00e4ven brist p\u00e5 byggbar mark vilket g\u00f6r att m\u00e5nga i st\u00e4llet v\u00e4ljer att bygga i Alhaur\u00edn de la Torre eller C\u00e1rtama.<\/p>\n<p>En nyhet f\u00f6r i \u00e5r \u00e4r att Simed arrangerar ett forum som riktar sig till resident turism under temat \u201dForo Oportunidades y Tendencias en Turismo Residencial\u201d.
