Fastigheten har 80 l\u00e4genheter som tidigare anv\u00e4ndes av turister. Svenska Magasinet har tidigare ber\u00e4ttat att \u00e4garen l\u00e4mnade fastigheten till sitt \u00f6de f\u00f6r flera \u00e5r sedan.<\/p>\n<p>Den har f\u00f6rfallit och k\u00e4nnetecknas av vanv\u00e5rd och smuts vilket har gjort att de boende i omr\u00e5det har tr\u00f6ttnat och kr\u00e4vts att kommunen ingriper.<\/p>\n<p>Nu har aff\u00e4ren g\u00e5tt i land och k\u00f6pare \u00e4r byggf\u00f6retaget Ornir Inversiones i Marbella.<\/p>\n<p>Fuengirola kommun uppger att de \u00e4r n\u00f6jda med aff\u00e4ren vilket betyder att de f\u00e5r in en halv miljon euro i restskatter och andra fastighetsavgifter fr\u00e5n 2012 till idag.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"entry-title\">L\u00e4s mer: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.diariosur.es\/costadelsol\/cierran-venta-apartamentos-javisol-fuengirola-tras-decada-20231124184220-nt.html\">M\u00e5nga fr\u00e5getecken kring \u00f6vergivna Javisol \u2013 grannarna har tr\u00f6ttnat<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>\u201dAtt f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen har g\u00e5tt i hamn \u00e4r positivt, inte minst f\u00f6r inv\u00e5narna i omr\u00e5det som har lidit i flera \u00e5r d\u00e5 tomten inte har underh\u00e5llits och fastigheten dragit till sig ockupanter\u201d s\u00e4ger en k\u00e4lla vid kommunen.<\/p>\n<p>Vad k\u00f6paren har betalat \u00e4r inte officiellt.
