Siffrorna bygger p\u00e5 information fr\u00e5n Skattekontoret och hyresint\u00e4kter som det deklareras f\u00f6r.<\/p>\n<p>Efter M\u00e1laga d\u00e4r hyrorna \u00f6kade mest mellan 2015 till 2020 kommer Valencia (13,2%), Barcelona (13%), Guadalajara och Toledo (12%).
