De som brukade vila hade ocks\u00e5 i snitt h\u00f6gre blodtryck och kolesterol.<\/p>\n<p>De som d\u00e4remot vilade kortare \u00e4n 30 minuter, tenderade i st\u00e4llet att ha l\u00e4gre blodtryck \u00e4n dem som inte vilade alls, visar studien som Svenska Dagbladet nyligen h\u00e4nvisade till.<\/p>\n<p>Forskarna s\u00e5g att associationen mellan en l\u00e5ng siesta och \u00f6vervikt var starkare hos dem som \u00e5t mycket till lunch och hos dem som \u00e5t lunch sent. \u00c4ven var r\u00f6kning och sent s\u00e4ngg\u00e5ende faktorer som st\u00e4rkte associationen.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Men det enda vi kan sl\u00e5 fast \u00e4r att de som tar l\u00e4ngre siesta, generellt \u00e4r mer \u00f6verviktiga.
