Efter Stockholm f\u00f6ljer Madrid som blir \u00e5rets europeiska kulinariska huvudstad.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Den spanska kungliga huvudstaden rivstartar den 29-31 januari med gastrofestivalen Madrid Fusi\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Madrid i hj\u00e4rtat av Spanien och Spaniensvenskarnas egen huvudstad.<\/p>\n

Det kan inte bli b\u00e4ttre n\u00e4r Madrid 2024 tar \u00f6ver stafettpinnen efter Stockholm och blir kontinentens kulinariska huvudstad. Madrid bjuder p\u00e5 h\u00e4ftiga smak- och doftupplevelser med sina omkring 40.000 restauranger och barer.<\/p>\n

Programmet f\u00f6r 2024 kommer officiellt att presenteras under turistm\u00e4ssan FITUR som p\u00e5g\u00e5r i Madrid fr\u00e5n den 24 till 28 januari. Gastronomi \u00e4r en upplevelse som turistsektorn i Spanien lyfter fram allt mer.<\/p>\n

Madrid \u00e4r en v\u00e4rldsmetropol som har ett rikt kulturliv.<\/p>\n

Utn\u00e4mningen g\u00f6rs av European Community of New Gastronomy (p\u00e5 spanska Comunidad Europea de la Nueva Gastronom\u00eda). Tidigare europeiska gastronomiska huvudst\u00e4der har varit Krakow 2019 och Oeiras\/Lissabon 2022.<\/p>\n

Vid Madrid Fusi\u00f3n medverkar internationella kockar som Alexandre Mazzia (Frankrike), Andreas Caminada (Schweiz), Nicolai N\u00f8rregaard (Danmark), Junghyun Park (Korea), Yasuhiro Tomari (Japan) och Gonzalo Aramburu (Argentina) tillsammans med de spanska toppkockarna Dabiz Mu\u00f1oz, Joan Roca och Andoni Aduriz.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
