Det var n\u00e4r han skulle korsa v\u00e4gen vid \u00f6verg\u00e5ngsst\u00e4llet framf\u00f6r stadshuset som han blev p\u00e5k\u00f6rd av en elsparkcykel.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det intr\u00e4ffade vid den nyligen \u00f6ppnade cykelbanan som g\u00e5r l\u00e4ngs med bilv\u00e4gen. F\u00f6raren hade inte noterat de tydligt markerade vita linjerna vid \u00f6verg\u00e5ngen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enligt vittnen stannade han dock f\u00f6r att fr\u00e5ga om borgm\u00e4staren var okej. Stadshuset ska senare ha bekr\u00e4ftat dessa vittnesm\u00e5l och uppgett att det inte \u00e4r n\u00e5gon fara med De la Torre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tidigare har denna typ av olyckor varit mycket vanliga i de n\u00e4rliggande parkerna, d\u00e4r cykelv\u00e4gen l\u00f6per inom de breda g\u00e5ngv\u00e4garna. Sedan den nya cykelv\u00e4gen \u00f6ppnade har flera rapporter kommit in om att cyklister och f\u00f6rare p\u00e5 elsparkcykel inte uppm\u00e4rksammar \u00f6verg\u00e5ngsst\u00e4llet.
