Anledningen \u00e4r att turistl\u00e4genheterna inte f\u00e5r ta \u00f6ver stadsdelar. Marknaden ska regleras.<\/p>\n<h2>F\u00f6retag<\/h2>\n<p>Det nya dekretet betonar \u00e4ven den juridiska delen hos det f\u00f6retag som driver verksamhet med turistl\u00e4genheter f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kra anv\u00e4ndarnas r\u00e4ttigheter och skyldigheter. Det g\u00f6r att \u00e4ven arbetsvillkoren f\u00f6r anst\u00e4llda inom branschen ska f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttras.<\/p>\n<h2>Max 15 b\u00e4ddar per bostad<\/h2>\n<p>Dekretet s\u00e4tter ocks\u00e5 nya gr\u00e4nser i kapaciteten f\u00f6r turistbost\u00e4der. En fastighet eller bostad f\u00e5r har h\u00f6gst 15 b\u00e4ddar eller h\u00f6gst sex b\u00e4ddar i en l\u00e4genhet med sovrum. Tidigare har det inte funnits n\u00e5gon gr\u00e4ns varf\u00f6r l\u00e4genheter har varit \u00f6verfulla av turister.<\/p>\n<h2>Minst 14 kvadratmeter per plats<\/h2>\n<p>Varje turistl\u00e4genhet ska ha minst 14 kvadratmeter per person och minst tv\u00e5 badrum p\u00e5 fem personer. Samtliga turistl\u00e4genheter ska vara utrustade med luftkonditionering. K\u00f6ksutrymmen och badrum ska ha ventilation.<\/p>\n<h2>Utrustning<\/h2>\n<p>Turistl\u00e4genheter ska h\u00e5lla en viss standard n\u00e4r det kommer till utrustning och m\u00f6blering. TV ska finnas plus information om kanaler, eluttag i alla rum, uppv\u00e4rmning samt kallt och varmt vatten. K\u00f6ken ska vara utrustade med minst tv\u00e5 plattor, ugn, mikrov\u00e5gsugn, br\u00f6drost samt frys. Normal k\u00f6ksutrustning, servis och reng\u00f6ringsmedel samt st\u00e4dredskap. \u00c4ven s\u00e4ngkl\u00e4der som filtar, t\u00e4cken och kuddar ska finnas plus extra set f\u00f6r byte.
