Anledningen till m\u00f6tet \u00e4r att flera medlemmar i justitier\u00e5det CGPJ har suttit fem \u00e5r \u00f6ver tiden.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dessutom m\u00e5ste en \u00f6verenskommelse n\u00e5s omg\u00e5ende mellan PSOE-regeringen och Partido Popular om ett r\u00e4ttsv\u00e4sende d\u00e4r dess oberoende st\u00e4ndigt ifr\u00e5gas\u00e4tts.<\/p>\n<p>Flera medlemmar i Spaniens justitier\u00e5d med totalt 20 ledam\u00f6ter skulle ha bytts ut f\u00f6r flera \u00e5r sedan. Det \u00e4r justitier\u00e5det som utn\u00e4mner domare och andra tj\u00e4nstem\u00e4n.<\/p>\n<p>Ett nytt m\u00f6te \u00e4r planerat den 12 februari. EU s\u00e4tter som krav att situationen ska vara l\u00f6st inom tv\u00e5 m\u00e5nader.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00e5rdagens m\u00f6te i Bryssel \u00e4r resultatet av den \u00f6verenskommelse som n\u00e5ddes den 22 december mellan den spanska regeringschefen Pedro S\u00e1nchez och oppositionsledaren Alberto N\u00fa\u00f1ez Feij\u00f3o om att \u00e5teruppta f\u00f6rhandlingarna under ledning av EU.<\/p>\n<p>Samtalen hamnade i en \u00e5terv\u00e4ndsgr\u00e4nd under h\u00f6sten 2022 n\u00e4r regeringen b\u00f6rjade f\u00f6ra parallella samtal med katalanska separatistpartiet ERC f\u00f6r att ta bort uppvigling fr\u00e5n brottsbalken.<\/p>\n<p>Oppositionsledaren Alberto N\u00fa\u00f1ez Feij\u00f3o menar att detta urholkar trov\u00e4rdigheten f\u00f6r r\u00e4ttsstaten.<\/p>\n<p>Partido Popular menar att S\u00e1nchez med sina kontakter med katalanska separatister som partiet Junts och l\u00f6ften om amnestilagen och d\u00e4r tididare d\u00f6mda separatister ska ben\u00e5das, har offrat r\u00e4ttsv\u00e4sendets oberoende.<\/p>\n<p>Interimspresidenten i justitier\u00e5det, Vicente Guilarte, har hotat att avg\u00e5 om inte PSOE och Partido Popular n\u00e4r en l\u00f6sning.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-media-max-width=\"560\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"es\">Esta debe ser la negociaci\u00f3n definitiva para renovar el CGPJ.
