Om de f\u00e4lls blir det den st\u00f6rsta boten i f\u00f6retagets historia. Den spanska kommissionen f\u00f6r nationella marknader och konkurrens (CNMC) har f\u00f6reslagit straffet, uppger Booking.com sj\u00e4lva.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Logij\u00e4tten anklagas bland annat f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rhindra inhemska hotellgrupper fr\u00e5n att erbjuda b\u00e4ttre erbjudanden p\u00e5 sina egna hemsidor \u00e4n man kunde hitta p\u00e5 deras plattform. Booking.com f\u00f6rnekar att de gjort n\u00e5got fel och menar att h\u00f6gre priser p\u00e5 deras hemsida skulle skada kunderna. F\u00f6retaget kommer att \u00f6verklaga vad de kallar ett \u201cbeslut utan motstycke i Spanien\u201d om det blir en f\u00e4llande dom.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CNMC inledde en unders\u00f6kning i oktober 2022 efter att tv\u00e5 anm\u00e4lningar r\u00f6rande \u201cor\u00e4ttvis\u201d och anti-konkurrensm\u00e4ssig praxis kommit in fr\u00e5n Spaniens organisation f\u00f6r hotellverksamhet och Madrids association f\u00f6r hotellaff\u00e4rer.
