Han har hyrt ut det under flera \u00e5r och trots att konkurrensen \u00f6kat med tiden menar han att det \u00e4r det tryggaste och mest l\u00f6nsamma alternativet.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e1laga<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-stad finns totalt 6 723 personer som \u00e4ger bost\u00e4der och hyr ut dem till turister. Av dessa har 5 451 endast en bostad medan 983 har tv\u00e5 stycken. Detta inneb\u00e4r att 95,7 procent av denna verksamhet i staden drivs av \u2018sm\u00e5-\u00e4gare\u2019.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Antalet \u00e4gare som har fyra eller fler bost\u00e4der \u00e4r 111. Av dem driver endast tv\u00e5 mellan 11 och 15 boenden och ytterligare tv\u00e5 har mellan 15 och 20.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cDe \u00e4r sm\u00e5 \u00e4gare som har h\u00e4ngivit sig till denna marknad f\u00f6r att skjuta till pengar till hush\u00e5llet,\u201d kommenterade turistr\u00e5det Jacobo Florido. Han till\u00e4gger att majoriteten dessutom bor i staden och att pengarna de tj\u00e4nar d\u00e4rf\u00f6r stannar i <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e1laga<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> och forts\u00e4tter att investeras i provinsens ekonomi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Solkusten<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Den andalusiska f\u00f6reningen f\u00f6r semesterhems (AVVA-Pro) president, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Carlos P\u00e9rez-Lanzac, uppger att siffrorna fr\u00e5n <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e1laga<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">provinsen \u00e4r i linje med hur det ser ut l\u00e4ngs hela Solkusten.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enligt honom bidrog dessa verksamheter med 4,25 miljarder euro till den andalusiska ekonomin 2022.
