Projektet kommer att utvecklas av konsultf\u00f6retaget Catella och inneb\u00e4r att flygplatserna i Madrid, Barcelona, Sevilla, Valencia och <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e1laga<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> kommer att f\u00e5 hotell. Catella \u00e4r ett europeiskt f\u00f6retag specialiserat p\u00e5 investeringar p\u00e5 fastighetsmarknaden. Det f\u00f6rsta steget blir att utarbeta en strategisk utvecklingsplan och hitta hotelloperat\u00f6rer som vill driva dessa nya anl\u00e4ggningar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tiden f\u00f6r detta arbete ber\u00e4knas till tre \u00e5r f\u00f6r hela projektet. N\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e1laga<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> planerar man att presentera upphandlingen g\u00e4llande hotellet under f\u00f6rsta halv\u00e5ret 2026.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">F\u00f6r att utforma de b\u00e4sta hotellen f\u00f6r varje stad kommer man att analysera deras s\u00e4rdrag n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller turism och aff\u00e4rsresor.
