Den som vill smaka p\u00e5 olika varianter av Spaniens v\u00e4rldsber\u00f6mda kalla soppa kan bes\u00f6ka Casares i v\u00e4stra M\u00e1laga denna helg.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mat- och kulturfestivalen Degusta Casares \u00e4ger rum p\u00e5 l\u00f6rdag den 20 och s\u00f6ndag den 21 april. En av h\u00f6jdpunkterna v\u00e4ntas bli en gazpachot\u00e4vling d\u00e4r bes\u00f6karna f\u00e5r smaka p\u00e5 flera varianter av den traditionella soppan.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

T\u00e4vlingen h\u00e5lls p\u00e5 l\u00f6rdag medan s\u00f6ndagen g\u00e5r i skinkans tecken n\u00e4r man kan k\u00f6pa fina tunna skivor jamon till ett \u201cl\u00e5gt pris\u201d, ber\u00e4ttar en av arrang\u00f6rerna, <\/span>\u00c1ngeles Fern\u00e1ndez.<\/span><\/p>\n

En \u00e5rlig tapast\u00e4vling d\u00e4r bes\u00f6kare f\u00e5r g\u00e5 en runda och avg\u00f6ra vilken av stadens barer som har b\u00e4st tapas \u00e4r kvar fr\u00e5n f\u00f6reg\u00e5ende \u00e5r. Casares borgm\u00e4stare, Juan Luis Villal\u00f3n, s\u00e4ger att festivalen ska \u201cbelysa v\u00e4rdet i v\u00e5r gastronomi, v\u00e5r identitet och v\u00e5ra r\u00f6tter\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Livemusik<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Ut\u00f6ver detta kommer bes\u00f6karna kunna se hur man samlar honung fr\u00e5n en bikupa, g\u00f6ra ost, prova p\u00e5 olika hantverk och l\u00e4ra sig om ornitologi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
