F\u00f6r att motverka detta kommer staden kraftigt \u00f6ka b\u00f6terna f\u00f6r dem som bryter mot reglerna.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

I Madrid finns cirka 13 500 l\u00e4genheter som hyrs ut som turistboenden men endast 1 000 av dessa \u00e4r lagliga. Detta enligt stadens lista \u00f6ver vilka av huvudstadens l\u00e4genheter som har en urban planeringslicens.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Det stigande antalet bost\u00e4der som hyrs ut till bes\u00f6kare i staden har f\u00e5tt priserna p\u00e5 b\u00e5de hyres- och k\u00f6pesl\u00e4genheter att stiga. Som ett resultat av det flyttar stora delar av lokalbefolkningen ut ur stadsk\u00e4rnan i Spaniens storst\u00e4der. I februari f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret fanns det 350 000 boenden som hyrdes ut till turister i landet, enligt statistik fr\u00e5n det nationella institutet f\u00f6r statistik (INE). N\u00e5got de b\u00f6rjade r\u00e4kna f\u00f6rst 2020. I dessa fastigheter erbj\u00f6ds totalt 1,75 miljoner sovplatser, n\u00e4stan lika m\u00e5nga som finns att tillg\u00e5 i landets hotell (1,9 miljoner).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ett stort problem \u00e4r att de flesta av dem saknar licens f\u00f6r att hyras ut som korttidsboenden. Madrids stadsr\u00e5d planerar att modifiera sin bostadsplan och utf\u00e4rda nya regleringar g\u00e4llande turistboenden, men det v\u00e4ntas inte g\u00e5 igenom f\u00f6rr\u00e4n n\u00e4sta \u00e5r.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Fram till dess planerar de att kraftigt dra ner p\u00e5 antalet licenser som utf\u00e4rdas samt kraftigt \u00f6ka b\u00f6terna f\u00f6r dem som bryter mot reglerna. Idag kan den som hyr ut sitt boende till turister utan licens straffas med b\u00f6ter p\u00e5 mellan 1 000 och 3 000 euro. Det kommer att \u00f6ka till mellan 30 000 och 100 000 euro.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Man kommer \u00e4ven att \u00f6ka personalstyrkan som kontrollerar turistboenden fr\u00e5n 65 till 75 personer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Klagom\u00e5l<\/span><\/h2>\n

Under 2023 kom det in 51 procent fler klagom\u00e5l g\u00e4llande turistboenden \u00e4n under 2022. Totalt 686 j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med 454. Av dem kom 81 procent fr\u00e5n lokalbefolkningen. I 243 fall ledde detta till att turistl\u00e4genheterna \u00e5tergick till att hyras ut med l\u00e5ngtidskontrakt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Antalet turistboenden har \u00f6kat med 41 procent i Madrid sedan 2017. Totalt finns det idag 13 502 men endast 8 procent av dem har licens. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
