M\u00e4nnen bakom Waterfront \u00e4r dels Tommy Sj\u00f6\u00f6, erfaren restaurat\u00f6r som drivit restauranger \u00f6ver hela v\u00e4rlden och tidigare hade Pravda i Puerto Banus.<\/p>\n<p>Andra halvan heter Jukka Honkanen, en mycket erfaren restaurang bes\u00f6kare som vet hur det skall smaka. Deras koncept \u00e4r enkelt, bra mat i trivsam, relaxad milj\u00f6 som serveras av trevlig personal. Menyn \u00e4r en mix av mexikanskt och medelhav med crazy tapas och sushi, l\u00e5ter inte det sp\u00e4nnande? Jag bj\u00f6ds p\u00e5 urgoda quesadillas f\u00f6ljt av en krispig lubina p\u00e5 b\u00e4dd av kryddig gr\u00f6nsaksr\u00f6ra. I allra h\u00f6gsta grad v\u00e4lsmakande.<\/p>\n<p>Sedan Waterfront \u00f6ppnade har de lyssnat och l\u00e4rt av sina g\u00e4ster och menyn har justerats d\u00e4refter. Jukka ber\u00e4ttar stolt om sina stors\u00e4ljare som \u00e4r tonfisk tartar och pil pil r\u00e4kor bland f\u00f6rr\u00e4tter och lubina, halstrad tonfisk samt galicisk oxfil\u00e9 bland huvudr\u00e4tterna.<\/p>\n<p>Waterfront serverar \u00e4ven en popul\u00e4r och mustig paella, huvudsakligen p\u00e5 lunch och eftermiddagar men \u00e4r det lugnt i k\u00f6ket kan man f\u00e5 den p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen.<\/p>\n<p>Till jul kommer v\u00e4lk\u00e4nda Monika Ahlberg och dukar upp sitt underbara julbord i tre dagar, 19, 20 och 21 december.
