Turistl\u00e4genheter bidrar \u00e4ven till bostadsbristen och tvingar ungdomar och andra bostadss\u00f6kande till grannkommuner, enligt kritikerna. P\u00e5 m\u00e5ndagen h\u00f6ll borgm\u00e4staren Fransisco de la Torre och kommunalr\u00e5det med ansvar f\u00f6r stadsplanering, Carmen Casero, en presstr\u00e4ff d\u00e4r de informerade om tre faser som inf\u00f6rs om mindre \u00e4n en m\u00e5nad.<\/p>\n

I framtiden blir det endast l\u00e4genhet som har en egen ing\u00e5ng som f\u00e5r anv\u00e4ndas till turistl\u00e4genhet. Det har blivit lite f\u00f6r mycket spring i husen. Tidigare hade M\u00e1lagaborna samma granne hela livet men nu kommer det nytt folk varje vecka.<\/p>\n

Detta \u00e4r en begr\u00e4nsning som enligt borgm\u00e4staren f\u00f6ljer det dekret som regionregeringen fastst\u00e4llde i januari 2024 och som ers\u00e4tter det fr\u00e5n 2016.<\/p>\n

Det ska \u00e4ven inf\u00f6ras begr\u00e4nsningar i m\u00e4ttade omr\u00e5den och \u00e4ven f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar i stadsplanering.<\/p>\n

M\u00e1laga \u00e4r bland de spanska st\u00e4der som har flest antalet turistl\u00e4genheter med n\u00e4stan 9 000 registrerade som kan ta 45 000 resen\u00e4rer.<\/p>\n

I nul\u00e4get har M\u00e1laga kommun 800 ans\u00f6kningar om turistl\u00e4genheter. M\u00e1laga kommun vill i st\u00e4llet ut\u00f6ka utbudet av traditionella hyresr\u00e4tter.<\/p>\n

– Den som vill hyra ska kunna g\u00f6ra det mer \u00e4n ett \u00e5r, s\u00e4ger Francisco de la Torre.<\/p>\n

Branschen med turistl\u00e4genheter AVVA-Pro (Asociaci\u00f3n de Viviendas Tur\u00edsticas de Andaluc\u00eda) och presidenten Carlos P\u00e9rez-Lanzac \u00e4r dock tveksam till de nya begr\u00e4nsningarna.<\/p>\n

Han varnar f\u00f6r att krav p\u00e5 privat ing\u00e5ng skr\u00e4mmer bort investerare och turister som tvingas bo i en bottenv\u00e5ning i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att kunna njuta av semestern med att bo i en turistl\u00e4genhet med utsikt.<\/p>\n
