D\u00e5 en stor andel av Spaniens semesterboenden hyrs ut olagligt har uppgifter beg\u00e4rts ut fr\u00e5n de stora uthyrningsplattformarna.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Den spanska myndigheten f\u00f6r social r\u00e4ttvisa och konsumentangel\u00e4genheter har beg\u00e4rt ut information fr\u00e5n plattformar som m\u00f6jligg\u00f6r uthyrning av semesterboenden.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c5tg\u00e4rden har vidtagits efter att det visat sig att en mycket stor andel av turistbost\u00e4derna som hyrs ut i landet saknar licens f\u00f6r det. Plattformarna, bland andra AirBNB, \u00e4r mellanh\u00e4nder i processen och det \u00e4r inte de som ansvarar f\u00f6r att bost\u00e4derna har licens. Det \u00e4r hyresv\u00e4rdarna, b\u00e5de privata och f\u00f6retag, som utreds.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Om utredningen visar att en person eller ett f\u00f6retag hyrt ut ett boende utan tillst\u00e5nd kan de straffas med b\u00f6ter p\u00e5 100 000 euro. Den summan kan bli \u00e4nnu st\u00f6rre och uppg\u00e5 till mellan 4 och 6 g\u00e5nger den illegala vinsten som tj\u00e4nats.<\/span><\/p>\n
