Aff\u00e4ren kostade totalt 2,9 miljarder euro. Sedan 2020 \u00e4ger svenska EQT en del av plattformen. De har samtidigt gjort en nyinvestering och kommer forts\u00e4tta vara del\u00e4gare med 18 procents innehav.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En av nycklarna till att aff\u00e4ren kunde ros i hamn \u00e4r att Idealistas grundare och VD, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jes\u00fas Encinar, kommer att forts\u00e4tta leda f\u00f6retaget tillsammans med den nuvarande styrelsen.
