Ledaren f\u00f6r projektet var Andreas Bonnier, som \u00e4r VD, och sedan starten har de etablerat en stark verksamhet i Spanien.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu har de beslutat att f\u00f6resl\u00e5 Fredrik Bj\u00f6rklund till styrelseledamot. Han blev rekommenderad p\u00e5 grund av sin omfattande kompetens och erfarenhet, s\u00e4ger bolaget i ett pressmeddelande.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bj\u00f6rklund kommer att tillf\u00f6ra styrelsen v\u00e4rdefull kunskap och erfarenhet n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller bolagsutveckling och uppskalning av verksamheter. Boho Group f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntar sig att hans bakgrund starkt ska bidra till att n\u00e5 tillv\u00e4xtm\u00e5len och att g\u00f6ra dem till en stor akt\u00f6r n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller utveckling av lyxiga fastigheter och lifestylehotell.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bj\u00f6rklund \u00e4r medgrundare och tidigare VD f\u00f6r Miss Group. Ett f\u00f6retag som under hans ledning blev en dominerande akt\u00f6r inom webhosting och onlinetj\u00e4nster p\u00e5 internationell niv\u00e5. De oms\u00e4tter cirka 1,25 miljarder kronor och har en vinstmarginal p\u00e5 omkring 44 procent.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Han \u00e4r \u00e4ven ordf\u00f6rande f\u00f6r styrelsen och tilltr\u00e4dande VD f\u00f6r det snabbv\u00e4xande EyeonGroup, vars aktiekurs har \u00f6kat med mer \u00e4n 1 000 procent under 2024.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cJag ser fram emot att bidra till att ta Boho Group till nya h\u00f6jder. V\u00e4rdet om cirka 3 miljarder svenska kronor p\u00e5 den nya utbyggnaden av Boho Club och Centro Forestal Sueco \u00e4r bara b\u00f6rjan. Jag \u00e4r \u00f6vertygad om att Boho Group nu \u00e4r redo att kraftigt skala upp sin verksamhet och p\u00e5 rekordtid etablera Boho Club som ett globalt varum\u00e4rke med hotell runt om i v\u00e4rlden,\u201d kommenterar Bj\u00f6rklund.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">VD Andreas Bonnier till\u00e4gger att \u201cVi \u00e4r oerh\u00f6rt glada att v\u00e4lkomna Fredrik till v\u00e5r styrelse.
