Sedan dess har byggnaderna f\u00f6rfallit och dess \u00e4gare ser ingen annan m\u00f6jlighet \u00e4n att riva dem.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beslutet togs f\u00f6r tv\u00e5 m\u00e5nader sedan men \u00e4nnu har inget datum satts f\u00f6r demoleringen. \u00c4garna h\u00e5ller just nu p\u00e5 att diskutera aff\u00e4rer med potentiella k\u00f6pare av marken som byggnaderna st\u00e5r p\u00e5.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De nuvarande \u00e4garna, Aliseda, tog \u00f6ver byggnaderna efter att de f\u00f6rra \u00e4garna gick i konkurs och l\u00e4mnade \u00f6ver dem som en del av en skuld. Alisedas m\u00e5l \u00e4r att s\u00e4lja \u201cmarken till fastighetsutvecklare\u201d som \u00e4r intresserade av att bygga lyxiga l\u00e5ngtidsboenden.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En av de mest kontroversiella stunderna under de 16 \u00e5r som byggnaderna st\u00e5tt tomma var i januari 2022.
