De vill unders\u00f6ka ifall det amerikanska f\u00f6retaget anv\u00e4nder personliga uppgifter fr\u00e5n anv\u00e4ndare av Facebook och Instagram p\u00e5 ett kr\u00e4nkande s\u00e4tt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utredningen<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> unders\u00f6ker hur Mark Zuckerbergs f\u00f6retag anv\u00e4nder personers bilder och profiler f\u00f6r att utveckla sitt AI-projekt. Anledningen bakom den \u00e4r att Meta-anv\u00e4ndare nyligen mottagit information om att de uppgifter de delar kommer att anv\u00e4ndas f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra f\u00f6retagets AI.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Domstolen menar att \u00e5tg\u00e4rden \u00e4r f\u00f6r att fr\u00e4mja medborgarnas grundl\u00e4ggande r\u00e4tt till skydd av personuppgifter. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r har man kommit \u00f6verens med den spanska dataskyddsmyndigheten (AEPD) att sammanst\u00e4lla en rapport som analyserar konsekvenserna av den stora anv\u00e4ndningen av dessa personuppgifter och om Zuckerbergs f\u00f6retag uppfyller sitt ansvar gentemot sina anv\u00e4ndare.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enligt ett dekret som skrivits under av den nationella domstolens riks\u00e5klagare har anv\u00e4ndare r\u00e4tt att inv\u00e4nda mot s\u00e4ttet och syftet som denna typ av plattformar anv\u00e4nder deras uppgifter och fotografier.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utredningen kommer att ledas av \u00e5klagare Manuel Compoy. Det blir hans uppgift att sammanst\u00e4lla all fakta och kartl\u00e4gga omfattningen.
