Projektet ber\u00e4knas kosta 9,4 miljoner euro och ta 18 m\u00e5nader att slutf\u00f6ra.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nerjas borgm\u00e4stare, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jos\u00e9 Alberto Armijo, tillk\u00e4nnagav planerna efter ett m\u00f6te med projektets ledare, arkitekten Joaqu\u00edn L\u00f3pez Bald\u00e1n, och r\u00e5dmannen f\u00f6r infrastruktur och stadsplanering, Alberto Tom\u00e9, d\u00e4r man diskuterade hur man ska kunna inleda arbetet.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Armijo f\u00f6rklarade att den nya v\u00e5rdcentralen kommer att byggas p\u00e5 avsatt mark vid Ch\u00edllarfloden som f\u00f6rberetts genom att tillhandah\u00e5lla infrastruktur och tj\u00e4nster med en kommunal investering p\u00e5 en miljon euro.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anl\u00e4ggningen kommer att ha 26 konsultationsrum, fem multifunktionsrum och fem f\u00f6r pediatrik samt salar f\u00f6r mindre kirurgiska ingrepp och tandv\u00e5rd. Det kommer \u00e4ven finnas delar avsatta f\u00f6r v\u00e5rdutbildning, fysioterapi, elektroterapi, radiologi och akutmottagning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Efter att kommunen slutligen godk\u00e4nt bygglovet v\u00e4ntas det slutliga kontraktet skrivas mellan regionregeringen och f\u00f6retagen UTE Albaida Infraestructuras S. A. och Gr\u00faas Gonz\u00e1lez SLU, som ska utf\u00f6ra byggarbetet, den 29 juli.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fr\u00e5gor om parkering<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De senaste 10 \u00e5ren har den avsatta marken anv\u00e4nts som parkering och kunnat erbjuda 500 plaster. N\u00e4r arbetet b\u00f6rjar kommer de att f\u00f6rsvinna.
