Det \u00e4r ett nytt bostadskomplex med 24 lyxbost\u00e4der som ligger p\u00e5 Camino Antiguo Paseo del Ferrocarril i ett av Solkustens mest eftertraktade omr\u00e5den.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Den nya byggnaden ligger cirka 150 meter fr\u00e5n stranden i Los Boliches, bara tre minuter till fots fr\u00e5n t\u00e5gstationen. L\u00e4genheterna, som har tv\u00e5 eller tre sovrum, har alla en stor privat balkong. Dessutom kommer de som bor d\u00e4r ha tillg\u00e5ng till en pool p\u00e5 den gemensamma takterrassen, solarium, gym, gemensamma arbetsrum f\u00f6r distansarbete, parkeringsgarage och f\u00f6rvaringsutrymmen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De 24 l\u00e4genheterna \u00e4r spridda p\u00e5 nio v\u00e5ningar och utlovar goda investeringsm\u00f6jligheter p\u00e5 grund av sin h\u00f6ga kvalitet och popul\u00e4ra l\u00e4ge.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bakom projektet st\u00e5r GS Group, en ledande fastighetsutvecklare som har mer \u00e4n 25 \u00e5rs erfarenhet i branschen.
