Under slutet av september kommer personalen p\u00e5 Andalusiens bilbesiktningar strejka.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

S\u00e5 h\u00e4r g\u00f6r du f\u00f6r att undvika b\u00f6ter om det hindrar dig fr\u00e5n att besiktiga bilen.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fackf\u00f6reningarna CC OO och UGT har kallat till strejk p\u00e5 alla fordonstekniska besiktningsstationer (ITV) i Andalusien. Totalt kan det p\u00e5verka 70 olika stationer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Strejken \u00e4r planerad p\u00e5 8 datum i september (19, 20, 21, 23, 26, 27, 28 och 30). De fackliga organisationerna ber om urs\u00e4kt till alla som drabbas och p\u00e5talar att de genomf\u00f6r aktionen f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 igenom ett nytt kollektivavtal och d\u00e4rmed b\u00e4ttre villkor f\u00f6r de anst\u00e4llda.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

M\u00e5nga undrar nu vad de kan g\u00f6ra om de m\u00e5ste besiktiga bilen under denna period f\u00f6r att den ska vara godk\u00e4nd f\u00f6r k\u00f6rning.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Om man k\u00f6r en obesiktigad bil och kr\u00e4vs p\u00e5 dokumentation kan man undvika b\u00f6ter om man kan bevisa att det varit om\u00f6jligt att genomf\u00f6ra besiktningen p\u00e5 grund av att stationerna varit st\u00e4ngda. F\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra det kr\u00e4vs att man har papper som tydligt visar att man planerat att bes\u00f6ka besiktningen och t\u00e4nkt n\u00e4rvara men inte kunnat g\u00f6ra det.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I st\u00e4derna kontrolleras bilarna av lokalpolisen och mellan st\u00e4derna av Guardia Civil. K\u00e4llor inom organisationerna har sagt till tidningen SUR att det \u00e4r osannolikt att besiktning kommer att kontrolleras under tiden som konflikten p\u00e5g\u00e5r.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Skulle man bli b\u00f6tf\u00e4lld \u00e4nd\u00e5 kan man \u00f6verklaga och presentera bevis i efterhand. F\u00f6retaget som hanterar stationerna, Veiasa, ber\u00e4ttar att det finns en typ av standardiserat protokoll f\u00f6r situationer d\u00e4r bilen \u00e4r obesiktigad p\u00e5 grund av problem som hindrar stationerna fr\u00e5n normal drift.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
