D\u00e4rf\u00f6r har jag b\u00f6rjat leda retreats p\u00e5 Finca Isidora i bergen n\u00e4ra Casares.Tillr\u00e4ckligt avsides f\u00f6r att bjuda p\u00e5 lantligt lugn men \u00e4nd\u00e5 bara 30 minuter till Marbella.<\/p>\n<p>Vi b\u00f6rjar p\u00e5 torsdag eftermiddag med fika, Ayurvedisk middag och ledd kv\u00e4llsmeditation till musik.<\/p>\n<p>Fredag och l\u00f6rdag bjuds ni p\u00e5 godmorgon stretch innan frukost. Sedan f\u00f6ljer l\u00e4ttare Ashtanga, Yinyoga eller Aero yoga. Runt lunch finns tid f\u00f6r behandlingar. En Naprapat\/Akupunktur behandling ing\u00e5r. F\u00f6r 70 euro kan man k\u00f6pa till fler behandlingar, Massage, Zonterapi,Reiki healing eller Indisk huvudmassage.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 eftermiddagen g\u00f6r vi en l\u00e4ttare hike eller en lite l\u00e4ngre till Casares by. Vid d\u00e5ligt v\u00e4der kan vi dansa Sevillanas eller magdans. Efter middagsm\u00e5let blir det Chakra meditation eller Naam yoga meditation (d\u00e5 sjungs det mantran).<\/p>\n<p>All mat \u00e4r hemlagad, vegansk, gluten och laktosfri. Mellanm\u00e5l och olika teer kommer finnas framme j\u00e4mt. Alkohol ing\u00e5r ej.<\/p>\n<p>Boende sker i delat dubbelrum (tv\u00e5 enkels\u00e4ngar) f\u00f6r 300 euro per person.
