I Skandinavien till exempel \u00e4r det vanligaste att utg\u00e5ngspriset ligger l\u00e5ngt under det slutliga f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningspriset, medan h\u00e4r p\u00e5 Sydkusten i Spanien \u00e4r det oftast tv\u00e4rtom. Man l\u00e4gger mycket riktigt ett bud under utg\u00e5ngspriset, men med det \u00e4r det inte sagt att det finns en oskriven regel om hur mycket man borde erbjuda en fastighets\u00e4gare d\u00e5 man g\u00e5r in i f\u00f6rhandling.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 StartGroup l\u00e4gger vi mycket arbete p\u00e5 att informera v\u00e5ra s\u00e4ljare om vad som \u00e4r ett rimligt utg\u00e5ngspris, f\u00f6r att \u00e5stadkomma en snabb f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning. Ett av dessa objekt vill du g\u00e5 vidare med. Steg nummer ett \u00e4r att diskutera ett vettigt ing\u00e5ngsbud med din m\u00e4klare. Ibland kan det vara s\u00e5 att m\u00e4klaren vet ungef\u00e4r vad s\u00e4ljaren \u00e4r redo att acceptera, d\u00e5 en f\u00f6rhandling som inte g\u00e5tt i l\u00e5s redan \u00e4gt rum.
