Fastighetsf\u00f6rmedlingen Casa Concept i Fuengirola \u00e4r ett rent familjef\u00f6retag, som drivs av Bente Furulund, men med dottern Pernille Sydness som ansiktet ut\u00e5t. Omr\u00e5det som de arbetar i \u00e4r utmed hela Costa del Sol, men i huvudsak mellan Benalm\u00e1dena och Estepona. De hj\u00e4lper kunden med hela processen fr\u00e5n tanken att k\u00f6pa n\u00e5got, att komma hit och att verkligen hitta sitt dr\u00f6mboende. Efter\u00e5t kan hj\u00e4lpen best\u00e5 i att f\u00f6lja med till m\u00f6belaff\u00e4rer, ta fram duktiga hantverkare, till att f\u00e5 fram ett bra f\u00f6retag f\u00f6r eventuell uthyrning. Tips och r\u00e5d p\u00e5 upplevelser och bra restauranger ing\u00e5r sj\u00e4lvklart ocks\u00e5!<\/p>\n

Den senaste tiden har det varit mycket nyproduktion som efterfr\u00e5gas. Det kan ju bero p\u00e5 att man som kund vill ha det lilla extra och att om man \u00e4r tidigt ute s\u00e5 kan man ocks\u00e5 p\u00e5verka slutresultatet. De flesta kunder \u00e4r ganska naturligt skandinaver, men numera kommer det ocks\u00e5 en del spanjorer. F\u00f6retaget har ett grundmurat gott rykte, vilket g\u00f6r att de som vill s\u00e4lja g\u00e4rna v\u00e4nder sig hit.<\/p>\n

Bente och Pernille har tillsammans m\u00e5nga \u00e5rs erfarenhet av fastighetsf\u00f6rmedling b\u00e5de fr\u00e5n Norge och h\u00e4r i Spanien. Pernille har dessutom studerat \u00e4mnet i Norge. I f\u00f6retaget finns \u00e4ven Pernilles pappa, Nils Sydness. Han arbetar mest administrativt, men ocks\u00e5 med fastighetsutveckling som \u00e4r hans specialitet.<\/p>\n

Casa Concept hittar man enkelt i Fuengirola p\u00e5 Mijasv\u00e4gen ett par hundra meter upp fr\u00e5n saluhallen. Adressen \u00e4r Avenida Alcade Clemente D\u00edas Ruiz 18.
