H\u00e4r huserar den p\u00e5 kusten v\u00e4lk\u00e4nda matgurun Garry Waite, som tillsammans med belgiske \u00e4garen Fabrice, har skapat en kulinariska p\u00e4rla. \u00d6ppen sedan januari i \u00e5r, C&#8217;est si Bon \u00e4r en succ\u00e9 bland mat\u00e4lskare av alla nationaliteter, b\u00e5de till lunch och middag. S\u00f6ndagsluncher har alltid varit Garrys specialitet och h\u00e4r p\u00e5 C&#39;est si Bon med begr\u00e4nsat antal platser, \u00e4r bokning ett m\u00e5ste. En intressant meny med franska sm\u00e5r\u00e4tter d\u00e4r jag vid ett lunchbes\u00f6k fick smaka p\u00e5 3 av dem. Coquille St Jaques, en uts\u00f6kt liten r\u00e4tt serverad i sn\u00e4ckskal.<\/p>\n<p>Tonfisk tartar, en av mina favoriter som h\u00e4r smakar mycket bl a vitl\u00f6k och serveras med vaktel\u00e4gg p\u00e5 toppen. Som avslutning havsaborre serverad med frikass\u00e9 av \u00e4rtor, skinka, nypotatis och mynta, helt enkelt delikat. C&#39;est si Bons vinlista \u00e4r imponerande med stort urval av franska viner som dessutom s\u00e4ljs per glas. Men som Garry p\u00e5pekar, de spanska vinerna i mellan prisklass \u00e4r b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n de franska i samma prisklass och d\u00e4rf\u00f6r erbjuder vinlistan mycket mer \u00e4n bara franskt.<\/p>\n<p>Inredningen \u00e4r excentriskt mysig med en flygel mitt i rummet och Fabrice underh\u00e5ller g\u00e4rna n\u00e4r han \u00e4r p\u00e5 plats. En mindre terrass finns vid entr\u00e9n och det planeras f\u00f6r fler bord kv\u00e4llstid under stj\u00e4rnhimmeln i fastighetens patio med font\u00e4n, de avvaktar tillst\u00e5nd. Det b\u00e4sta med C&#39;est si Bon \u00e4r de sm\u00e5 portionerna som g\u00f6r att man kan njuta av 2-3 olika r\u00e4tter i samma sittning till hyfsade priser.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00e9st magnific !
