Under fjol\u00e5ret minskade antalet spanska turister som v\u00e4ljer Solkusten.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>N\u00e4ra 60 \u00e5r<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>I n\u00e4ra 60 \u00e5rs tid har semesterfirare bes\u00f6kt kusten f\u00f6r att sola och bada. En uppfr\u00e4schad matkultur i kombination med nystartade vinproducenter drar matglada resen\u00e4rer numera. I konkurrens med hundra andra viner valdes n\u00famero 2 Victoria \u00e5rg\u00e5ng 2010 med ursprungsbeteckningen Denominaciones de Origen de M\u00e1laga y Sierras de M\u00e1laga.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>45 vinproducenter<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Nu framst\u00e4lls det inte bara s\u00f6ta dessertviner. Fem \u00e5r senare hade de minskat till nio. 1999 intr\u00e4ffade flera viktiga saker. Det \u00e5ret b\u00f6rjade vinodlingar utanf\u00f6r Ronda \u00e5terskapas och blev en del i kontrollorganet Consejo Regulador de las Denominaciones de Origen M\u00e1laga y Sierras de M\u00e1laga.<\/p>\n<p>Enligt vinguiden Gu\u00eda Pe\u00f1\u00edn f\u00f6r 2025 \u00e4r antalet bodegor eller vinhus 45 till antalet. N\u00e4stan h\u00e4lften av dessa vinfirmor ligger runt Ronda som har blivit ett riktm\u00e4rke i branschen \u00e4ven om flera av dem bara funnits n\u00e5got mer \u00e4n ett decennium.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Utveckla andalusiska k\u00f6ket<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Och s\u00e5 har vi maten. Kusten har varit synonym med friterad fisk, fritura malague\u00f1a, grillade sardiner p\u00e5 spett, gazpachuelo, gazpacho, ajo blanco eller fideua. Det \u00e4r en matkultur vi har l\u00e4rt oss att uppskatta. Skina har tv\u00e5 Michelinstj\u00e4rnor medan Nintai har en stj\u00e4rna.<\/p>\n<p>Marcos Granda \u00e4r sommelier och mottog Vinoble M\u00e1laga, priset f\u00f6r kustens b\u00e4sta vink\u00e4llare med ett utbud p\u00e5 2.700 olika viner.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Jag var stolt \u00f6ver att vara servit\u00f6r. Det \u00e4r tack vare bes\u00f6karna som vi har blivit det som vi \u00e4r. Vi har turen att vi bor d\u00e4r vi bor, sa en \u00f6dmjuk Granda som ville till\u00e4gna priset sin dotter.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Hon \u00e4r fyren som v\u00e4gleder mig i livet.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Marcos vet hur man f\u00f6rmedlar vinets k\u00e4rlek till bes\u00f6karen, s\u00e4ger Enrique Bellver, mat- och vinkritiker i tidningen Sur.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Elva stj\u00e4rnor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Totalt har M\u00e1lagaprovinsen elva Michelinstj\u00e4rnor. Flera har b\u00f6rjat vid restaurangskolan La C\u00f3nsula, senare har de f\u00f6r\u00e4rats med Michelinstj\u00e4rnor.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r ungdomlig entusiasm som k\u00e4nnetecknar den imponerande satsning och fram\u00e5tanda som m\u00e4rks inom gastronomin.
