Det g\u00e4ller speciellt f\u00f6r personer som l\u00f6per en h\u00f6g risk f\u00f6r kardiovaskul\u00e4ra sjukdomar och som samtidigt f\u00f6ljer en Medelhavsdiet.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nyheten publicerades nyligen i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.diariomedico.com\/medicina\/cardiologia\/nuevos-datos-sugieren-consumo-moderado-vino-reduce-riesgo-cv.html?check_logged_in=1\">Diario Medico<\/a> men h\u00e4nvisning till forskning publicerad i <a href=\"https:\/\/academic.oup.com\/eurheartj\/article\/46\/2\/161\/7920812?login=false\">European Heart Journal<\/a>. Bakom forskningen ligger resultat utf\u00f6rda av Barcelona universitet tillsammans med\u00a0Hospital Cl\u00ednico, Instituto de Investigaciones Biom\u00e9dicas August Pi i Sunyer (IDIBAPS) i Barcelona samt Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n Biom\u00e9dica en Red de Fisiopatolog\u00eda de la Obesidad y Nutrici\u00f3n (CIBEROBN) och Navarras universitet (UNAV).<\/p>\n<p>Den som f\u00f6ljer vinets fantastiska v\u00e4rld och forskning kring Medelhavsdieten vet att experter kommer p\u00e5 kollisionskurs. Vissa menar att m\u00e5ttlig vinkonsumtion har positiva effekter p\u00e5 hj\u00e4rt-k\u00e4rlh\u00e4lsan.<\/p>\n<p>Medan andra menar tv\u00e4rtom.<\/p>\n<p>Tidigare studier har kommit fram till inkonsekventa resultat vilket delvis kan bero p\u00e5 att forskning ofta bygger p\u00e5 hur mycket m\u00e4nniskor dricker.<\/p>\n<h2>Vinsyra<\/h2>\n<p>I den nya studien har forskare m\u00e4tt m\u00e4ngden av ett kemiskt \u00e4mne n\u00e4mligen vinsyra (a&#8217;cidum tarta&#8217;ricum) i deltagarnas urin eftersom det \u00e4r ett objektivt och tillf\u00f6rlitligt m\u00e5tt p\u00e5 vinkonsumtion. Det visar om deltagarna i studien konsumerat vin under de senaste fem eller sex dagarna.<\/p>\n<p>Vinsyra f\u00f6rekommer rikligt i frukter och b\u00e4r och s\u00e4rskilt i vindruvor.<\/p>\n<p>Kardiovaskul\u00e4ra sjukdomar \u00e4r den fr\u00e4msta d\u00f6dsorsaken med uppskattningsvis 17,9 miljoner d\u00f6dsfall varje \u00e5r vilket motsvarar 32 procent av samtliga d\u00f6dsfall.<\/p>\n<p>Det g\u00f6r att forskare f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker hitta f\u00f6rebyggande strategier f\u00f6r att minska antalet fall.<\/p>\n<h2>MedDiet<\/h2>\n<p>Flera studier som MedDiet visar att Medelhavskosten bidrar till en l\u00e4gre risk att utveckla hj\u00e4rt-k\u00e4rlsjukdomar. Den visar \u00e4ven att m\u00e5ttlig alkoholkonsumtion, s\u00e4rskilt vin, \u00e4r en av de bidragande faktorerna, skriver Diario Medico.<\/p>\n<p>I grupp personer med h\u00f6g risk f\u00f6r hj\u00e4rt- och k\u00e4rlsjukdomar och som f\u00f6ljde en Medelhavsdiet fann forskarna att risken att utveckla en hj\u00e4rt-k\u00e4rlh\u00e4ndelse minskade med 50 procent hos m\u00e5ttliga vindrickare, de som dricker ett halvt glas till ett glas vin per dag j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med de som dricker v\u00e4ldigt lite eller inget vin.<\/p>\n<p>Risken f\u00f6r hj\u00e4rt-k\u00e4rlsjukdom minskade med 38 procent f\u00f6r dem som drack ett glas per vecka eller mindre \u00e4n ett halvt glas per dag.
