Men det beh\u00f6ver inte vara sanningen. P\u00e5 grund av att man s\u00e4tter in regler g\u00e4llande hur m\u00e5nga bost\u00e4der som f\u00e5r hyras till kortvariga bes\u00f6kare v\u00e4ljer fler och fler att registrera sina l\u00e4genheter som turistbost\u00e4der. \u00c4ven om det inte var tanken med dem fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I m\u00e5nga omr\u00e5den kan man d\u00e4rf\u00f6r komma att se en inflation i denna typ av registreringar som inte st\u00e4mmer \u00f6verens med verkligheten. Ett av dem \u00e4r M\u00e1laga stad.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Arturo Bernal, Andalusiens regionala minister f\u00f6r turism, ber\u00e4ttar att antalet l\u00e4genheter som registreras f\u00f6r semesteruthyrning i regionen men aldrig annonseras \u00e4r omkring 20 procent. Men i Solkustens huvudstad ligger siffran p\u00e5 hela 40 procent. \u201cVi har ett v\u00e4ldigt stort antal bost\u00e4der som st\u00e5r tomma, som \u00e4r registrerade i registret men inte anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r turist\u00e4ndam\u00e5l\u201d, ber\u00e4ttar han och till\u00e4gger att huvudorsaken \u00e4r att \u00e4garna g\u00f6r det \u201cf\u00f6r s\u00e4kerhets skull\u201d. Med andra ord s\u00e5 v\u00e4ljer flera hyresv\u00e4rdar att skriva in sina l\u00e4genheter i registret ifall kraven blir \u00e4nnu h\u00e5rdare i framtiden d\u00e5 tillst\u00e5nden inte kan dras in retroaktivt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En annan anledning till att flera registreras \u00e4r att personer som bor i l\u00e4genheten och \u00e4ger den s\u00e4ger att de v\u00e4ljer att skriva in den ifall att de skulle s\u00e4lja i framtiden. \u00c4ven om de inte har n\u00e5gra som helst planer p\u00e5 att hyra ut den idag s\u00e5 kanske de vill s\u00e4lja n\u00e5gon g\u00e5ng i framtiden. Finns l\u00e4genheten d\u00e5 med i turistregistret skulle v\u00e4rdet \u00f6ka markant.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remy Dubois \u00e4r VD, grundare och general manager p\u00e5 Rems-gruppen. De specialiserar sig p\u00e5 lyxiga turistbost\u00e4der. Han varnade f\u00f6r just denna utveckling n\u00e4r staden b\u00f6rjade inf\u00f6ra regleringar av antal turistlicenser. Han h\u00e4nvisar ocks\u00e5 till att v\u00e4rdet p\u00e5 bost\u00e4der med en giltig licens \u00f6kat med n\u00e4stan 50 procent i Barcelona sedan man inf\u00f6rde regleringarna d\u00e4r.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I M\u00e1lagaprovinsen finns det 81 180 turistbost\u00e4der, med totalt 430 096 s\u00e4ngplatser.
