Inflationen \u00f6kade i slutet p\u00e5 2024, n\u00e5got som h\u00f6ll i sig under \u00e5rets f\u00f6rsta m\u00e5nad.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Det beror fr\u00e4mst p\u00e5 dyrare br\u00e4nsle och elektricitet.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Priserna \u00f6kade i n\u00e5got l\u00e5ngsammare takt under 2024 men det nya \u00e5ret har b\u00f6rjat med en \u00f6kning. I januari steg inflationen med 0,2 procentenheter och landade 3 procent, fr\u00e4mst p\u00e5 grund av dyrare br\u00e4nsle och el. Det \u00e4r den h\u00f6gsta noteringen sedan juni f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret d\u00e5 en nedtrappning p\u00e5b\u00f6rjade som h\u00f6ll i sig fram till november innan utvecklingen v\u00e4nde igen i december. Uppgifterna kommer fr\u00e5n det nationella institutet f\u00f6r statistik (INE).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Den upp\u00e5tg\u00e5ende trenden som b\u00f6rjade i december f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret h\u00f6ll allts\u00e5 i sig under \u00e5rets f\u00f6rsta m\u00e5nad. En stor del av f\u00f6rklaringen \u00e4r att momsen p\u00e5 el gick tillbaka till 21 procent efter att under flera \u00e5r varit reducerad till 10 procent.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Priserna p\u00e5 br\u00e4nsle \u00f6kade \u00e4ven det och blev h\u00f6gre f\u00f6r sjunde veckan i rad. Data fr\u00e5n EU Oil Bulletin visar att en liter diesel blivit 0,6 procent dyrare i genomsnitt och ligger p\u00e5 1,51 euro per liter, den h\u00f6gsta noteringen sedan maj 2024. Samtidigt steg priser p\u00e5 en liter bensin under f\u00f6rra veckan med 0,5 procent j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med veckan innan och kostar i genomsnitt 1,58 euro.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Detta betyder att det kostar 82,94 euro att fylla en genomsnittlig tank med diesel, 1,16 euro mer \u00e4n f\u00f6r ett \u00e5r sedan. Samma siffror f\u00f6r en tank bensin \u00e4r 86,8 och 2,2 euro. Dessa priser \u00e4r dock l\u00e5ngt ifr\u00e5n toppen som n\u00e5ddes i juli 2022, p\u00e5 grund av energikrisen efter att Ryssland invaderade Ukraina, d\u00e5 bensin kostade 2,14 euro per liter och diesel 2,10.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Siffrorna \u00e4r \u00e4nnu inte fullst\u00e4ndiga d\u00e5 vi m\u00e5ste v\u00e4nta i tv\u00e5 veckor f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 se inflationen p\u00e5 mat. Eftersom \u00e4ven flera basvaror i butikerna hade reducerad moms fram till 31 december 2024 v\u00e4ntas den slutliga inflationen f\u00f6r januari bli \u00e4nnu h\u00f6gre.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Underliggande faktorer kontrollerade\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

Kriget i Ukraina fick k\u00e4rninflationen – den som exkluderar priser p\u00e5 el och f\u00e4rska livsmedel – att f\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen n\u00e5gonsin ligga h\u00f6gre \u00e4n den totala niv\u00e5n. Den trenden h\u00f6ll i sig till f\u00f6r bara tv\u00e5 m\u00e5nader sedan. I november var k\u00e4rninflationen och den totala p\u00e5 samma niv\u00e5. Den fortsatte att falla i januari och ligger nu p\u00e5 2,4 procent, 0,6 procentenheter under den totala.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I slutet av f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret hade den \u00e5rliga inflationen sjunkit till 2,8 procent, n\u00e4stan en hel enhet l\u00e4gre \u00e4n 2023.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
