Det har medverkat till ett begr\u00e4nsat utbud d\u00e5 m\u00e5nga privatpersoner v\u00e4ljer att hyra ut inom turist-, rums- och s\u00e4songsuthyrning.<\/p>\n<p>Utbudet av socialbost\u00e4der \u00e4r begr\u00e4nsat i Spanien liksom allm\u00e4nnyttan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Att hyrespriserna \u00f6kar beror inte bara p\u00e5 inflation och v\u00e4xande efterfr\u00e5gan, utan ocks\u00e5 p\u00e5 en strukturell brist p\u00e5 tillg\u00e4ngliga bost\u00e4der.
