L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 oliver.<\/p>\n<p>Ringla \u00f6ver olivolja och balsamvin\u00e4ger. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver flingsalt.<\/p>\n<p>Vill man ha det lite matigare kan man \u00e4ven toppa med lite inlagd tonfisk.<\/p>\n<p>Bakade avokados med \u00e4gg<\/p>\n<p>\u00c4lskade avokado, vad ska man s\u00e4ga? s\u00e5 god och nyttigt. Jag har en polare h\u00e4r i Spanien<\/p>\n<p>som f\u00f6r ett par \u00e5r sedan k\u00f6pte sig en avokadofarm eller odling kanske det heter. Och \u00e4nda sedan dess s\u00e5 har mitt fl\u00f6de p\u00e5 sociala medier<\/p>\n<p>\u00f6ver\u00f6st av l\u00e4ckra recept med avokadon som stj\u00e4rna s\u00e5 jag t\u00e4nkte dela ett med er som jag kommit att \u00e4lska.<\/p>\n<p>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/p>\n<p>2 Avokado<\/p>\n<p>2 \u00c4gg<\/p>\n<p>1 pkt Bacon<\/p>\n<p>Metod:<\/p>\n<p>Dela avokadon p\u00e5 mitten.<\/p>\n<p>Ta ur k\u00e4rnan samt gr\u00f6p ur ytterligare en matsked av avokadon s\u00e5 att \u00e4gget f\u00e5r plats.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e4ll avokadon stadigt p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t eller sk\u00e4r av en liten sl\u00e4t snittyta fr\u00e5n skalet p\u00e5 avokadon<\/p>\n<p>s\u00e5 den kan st\u00e5 uppr\u00e4tt p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t med bakpl\u00e5tspapper.<\/p>\n<p>Salta &#038; peppra. K\u00f6r in avokadohalvorna p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t i ca 15 min p\u00e5 200\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>Tillagningstiden varierar beroende p\u00e5 hur du vill ha \u00e4gget stekt, s\u00e5 h\u00e5ll uppsikt.<\/p>\n<p>Stek finhackat backon och str\u00f6ssla \u00f6ver den gr\u00e4ddade avokadon vid servering.<\/p>\n<p>Stekt broccoli med lagrad manchego ost och rostade solrosk\u00e4rnor<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5ter kanske inte s\u00e5 kul, men ett perfekt fr\u00e4scht tillbeh\u00f6r eller bara som ett vegetariskt alternativ.<\/p>\n<p>Super enkelt och kanon gott!<\/p>\n<p>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/p>\n<p>400 g broccoli eller blomk\u00e5l eller h\u00e4lften av varje<\/p>\n<p>olivolja<\/p>\n<p>0,5 dl solrosk\u00e4rnor<\/p>\n<p>60 g riven lagrad manchego ost<\/p>\n<p>flingsalt<\/p>\n<p>Metod:<\/p>\n<p>Skala stj\u00e4lken p\u00e5 broccolin och dela dom p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden i mindre buketter.<\/p>\n<p>Stek p\u00e5 medelh\u00f6g temperatur i olivolja n\u00e5gra minuter, tills broccolin f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg och \u00e4r mjuka med ett bra tuggmotst\u00e5nd. Smaka av med flingsalt.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg upp broccolin p\u00e5 ett fat och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver solrosk\u00e4rnorna. Ringla \u00f6ver lite olivolja och toppa med manchegon.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00f6n \u00c4rtsoppa<\/p>\n<p>Som tidigare sagt s\u00e5 har jag en dotter som \u00e4lskar soppor,<\/p>\n<p>s\u00e5 jag t\u00e4nkte att det \u00e5ker med ett enkelt sopprecept \u00e4ven denna g\u00e5ng.<\/p>\n<p>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/p>\n<p>8 dl gr\u00f6na frysta \u00e4rtor<\/p>\n<p>5 dl vatten<\/p>\n<p>2 msk gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong<\/p>\n<p>3 msk basilika<\/p>\n<p>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<\/p>\n<p>1 msk hackad ingef\u00e4ra<\/p>\n<p>2 dl gr\u00e4dde<\/p>\n<p>salt och peppar<\/p>\n<p>Metod:<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll de gr\u00f6na \u00e4rtorna i en kastrull med 2,5 dl vatten, buljong, och kryddor.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t koka upp och mixa sedan soppan sl\u00e4t, tills\u00e4tt gr\u00e4dden och resten av vattnet.<\/p>\n<p>Klart att servera!
