Under de senaste 12 m\u00e5nader har vi tvingats att spendera mycket tid hemma vilket har gjort att m\u00e5nga av oss inte f\u00e5tt lika mycket frisk luft eller motion som vanligt.  Av Victoria Walter<\/p>\n<p>Nu \u00e4r det dags att b\u00f6rja tr\u00e4na lite och s\u00e4tta fart p\u00e5 musklerna! Med tusentals YouTube videos och webbsidor om alla m\u00f6jliga olika \u00f6vningar kan det vara sv\u00e5rt att veta var man ska b\u00f6rja. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r har jag sammanst\u00e4llt n\u00e5gra \u00f6vningar som \u00e4r l\u00e4tta att g\u00f6ra hemma och inte kr\u00e4ver extra utrustning. Tr\u00e4ningsmatta rekommenderas f\u00f6r golv\u00f6vningar f\u00f6r att undvika skador fr\u00e5n h\u00e5rda golv. H\u00e5ll till utomhus eller \u00f6ppna alla f\u00f6nster.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6vningar p\u00e5 golvet<\/p>\n<p>Bencirklar<br \/>\nSt\u00e5 p\u00e5 h\u00e4nder och kn\u00e4n p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ningsmattan. Sp\u00e4nn stora s\u00e4tesmuskeln och lyft ett kn\u00e4 10 cm fr\u00e5n golvet. B\u00f6rja med att rita cirklar i luften med benet medurs i 20 sekunder och moturs i ytterligare 20 sekunder. Din fot \u00e4r din penna. Upprepa med andra benet. Denna \u00f6vning \u00e4r utm\u00e4rkt f\u00f6r b\u00e5de l\u00e5r och h\u00f6fter. Om du k\u00e4nner att \u00f6vningen tar h\u00e5rt p\u00e5 dina kn\u00e4n, kan du l\u00e4gga en kudde eller rullad handduk under f\u00f6r extra st\u00f6d.<\/p>\n<p>Mage<br \/>\nL\u00e4gg dig p\u00e5 rygg p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ningsmattan med h\u00e4nderna bakom huvudet. H\u00e5ll huvudet lite upp fr\u00e5n mattan och anv\u00e4nd dina magmuskler f\u00f6r att lyfta benen. Str\u00e4ck ut ett ben och dra upp det andra och dra ner motsatt armb\u00e5ge f\u00f6r att tr\u00e4ffa kn\u00e4et, v\u00e4xla ben till den andra sidan som om du cyklade. Upprepa under 30 sekunder. En enklare variant av \u00f6vningen \u00e4r att endast utf\u00f6ra benr\u00f6relser. \u00d6vningen hj\u00e4lper till att st\u00e4rka magen och andra k\u00e4rnmuskler. Kom ih\u00e5g att engagera din mage annars riskerar du att tappa balansen och skada l\u00e4ndryggen.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e5ende \u00f6vningar<\/p>\n<p>Sida till sida<br \/>\nSt\u00e5 upp med benen separat, en axelbredd fr\u00e5n varandra. Flytta din vikt \u00e5t ena sida, b\u00f6j kn\u00e4et och luta dig ner med ryggen neutral och h\u00f6ften bak\u00e5t. H\u00e5ll det andra benet rakt. H\u00e5ll positionen i n\u00e5gra sekunder och kom upp igen. Repetera p\u00e5 andra benet och g\u00f6r \u00f6vningen i 30 sekunder. Denna \u00f6vning tr\u00e4nar l\u00e5rmusklerna och st\u00e4rker benen.<\/p>\n<p>Hopp &#038; klapp<br \/>\nSt\u00e5 med armarna utstr\u00e4ckta \u00e5t sidorna och benen separat i axelbredd. Hoppa in med benen medan du drar in armarna s\u00e5 att dom m\u00f6ts framf\u00f6r dig. Klappa g\u00e4rna ihop h\u00e4nderna. Hoppa ut igen och str\u00e4ck ut armarna igen. Repetera i 30 sekunder. Denna \u00f6vning h\u00f6jer pulsen och \u00e4r bra konditionstr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r att s\u00e4tta ig\u00e5ng hela kroppen.<\/p>\n<p>Armcirklar<br \/>\nSt\u00e5 normalt och l\u00e5t armarna h\u00e4nga rakt ner utstr\u00e4ckta. B\u00f6rja med att g\u00f6ra cirklar fram\u00e5t med armarna i 20 sekunder sen bak\u00e5t i ytterligare 20 sekunder. Storleken p\u00e5 cirklarna kan du variera \u00d6vningen hj\u00e4lper f\u00f6r att r\u00f6ra p\u00e5 och st\u00e4rka hela armen och axeln.<\/p>\n<p>Armh\u00e4vningar mot v\u00e4gg<br \/>\nSt\u00e5 framf\u00f6r en v\u00e4gg med armarna rakt framf\u00f6r dig och kroppen i vertikal position. H\u00e5ll h\u00e4nderna platta mot v\u00e4ggen och luta dig fram\u00e5t medans du b\u00f6jer din armb\u00e5gar. Anv\u00e4nd dina arm- och br\u00f6stmuskler f\u00f6r att lyfta upp din kropp tills armarna \u00e4r rakt utstr\u00e4ckta igen. Repetera i 40 sekunder. \u00d6vningen hj\u00e4lper till att st\u00e4rka armar och br\u00f6stmuskler.<\/p>\n<p>Tipset<br \/>\nB\u00e4sta tiden att tr\u00e4na \u00e4r p\u00e5 eftermiddagen ungef\u00e4r 2-3 timmar efter lunch. 1 timme av tr\u00e4ning varje dag i 2 veckor kan ha ett underbart effekt p\u00e5 din styrka och h\u00e4lsa.
